The Lock Monkey is amazing! Our front door locking mechanism began to fail. Worried about getting it fixed before we set off on a tour of the UK visiting family, a neighbour suggested The Lock Monkey. Despite being on a short holiday they responded to our text enquiry and visited promptly on their first day back. Amongst frantic panic of being locked out I was given the phone number of Lock Monkey. Debbie responded promptly, listened carefully to the issue and crawled through holiday traffic to the rescue. I couldn’t have asked for a calmer, more positive, skilled person to tackle the issue. Not only did she get in with less damage and fuss than I thought possible she repaired the lock and fitted new handles there and then! She was very professional, reassuring and tidied up afterwards. It always seems the worst time for something like that to happen. Then someone very good at what they do takes the stress away, does an excellent job and restores your faith in the state of the world. What can I say? All I can do is concur with all the other 5* reviews that are already on this page. I phoned, Debbie answered the phone. Yes, she would come in two days time. And she did, 10 minutes before the agreed time. She tackled the errant lock and she left it working. I then turned her attention to a new problem that had occurred on one of our conservatory doors. It is a worn out door so there is not much that she could do but nevertheless she looked at it and in the end she left it in a secure state. We needed to urgently have a repair carried out on back patio doors following entry by the Fire Brigade, and were recommended to contact Debbie, The Lock Monkey. We are so pleased that we were given contact details as Debbie, confirmed arrival on the morning that we phoned her and arrived promptly. Debbie was friendly and professional, with excellent expertise in quickly, efficiently and cleanly replacing lock barrel but also fixing the other damage to the door lock panel. Debbie worked swiftly and also gave good advice on other concerns we had.
