Talk about a totally unique coffee spot.On my gosh, I can't count how many relaxing rooms there are in this building. And a room filled with toys for the kids to play with.1st time visitor, and I will be back. Everyone who works here are volunteers and enjoy your tips and in return you get great service. A lot of people come here, you should try it too. More...
Great gathering place for coffee, friends, families and meetings. So sad they are closing soon.
I love this place!
Great place. Would definitely go again. Relaxed and oh so good.
One of the best spots in Marysville. Chill and relaxing vibes. Plenty of space to just read a book or get together with a group of friends. Limited food choices but coffee is always good! More...
This was one of our favorite stops on the trip. The breakfast items were very tasty...probably the best scones we have ever eaten!!! Even more impressive is the mission of the Living Room. We were all in love with the community that would volunteer to run a safe community space for all to gather. The volunteers were warm and welcoming. We hope to come back! More...
The staff there is a lot of fun highly recommend their snacks and of course their coffee

Love coming here helpful staff
Very spacious and comfy. They have multiple rooms where you can lounge and get comfortable. It has an "older people" smell, probably because the furniture is a bit older. We got an americano and a caramel macchiato. They were good. There were pastries too, but they weren't displayed in an appetizing way. It was a decent place to kill some time though. More...
This is one of those places I've driven by a hundred times, but never stopped in to check them out. I'm glad I did. It's a nice, friendly coffee house with good drinks and fresh baked pastries. Plus there are lots of different rooms to sit in with comfortable chairs and couches. They even have a few boxes of Scrabble laying around. I've been back a couple of times already. More...

Nice ambience and GREAT coffeeWe ran into this gem on our way back from Mt Baker hikes and even though we were tired and wanted to be in bed asap, we ended up spending quiet some time in this cozy coffee house. The baristas are working as volunteers so please do tip them generously:-) We ordered almond milk latte, cappuccino, vanilla frap and raspberry cake - all delicious! Took a sofa and rested our legs for a while. The ambience was very homely and staff very friendly!I do not like how sometimes acidic coffee behaves with almond milk and it was perfect here! So not sure what some negative reviews are about. More...
Calm, welcoming atmosphere, accurate to the name, living room.
Such a great and unique place to visit. The food is very good
Something different and cozy rooms
An old church turned coffee house! Lots of places to sit in several different rooms. No rushed feeling.
it's a great place for people who like coffee and to hangout with their friends
Very welcoming place and staff. Goid coffee, too. Great idea to repurpose the church as a different community gathering spot.
Really cool place
Really wonderful place with good vibes. Good and drinks are tasty and really reasonably priced. All employees are actually volunteers, so be sure to tip your barista.
Great food and great atmosphere. We waited a bit for our food and beverages because we did not hear our names called. Otherwise it was great. Thanks.
Loved this coffee shop! Off the beaten path but has a large space for lounging and working with a good cup of coffee in hand. My wife and I stopped there while traveling and it was a relaxing place to take a quick break from a long drive and maybe even take a short nap if you're feeling up to it. More...
Service was slow, waited 15 minutes for two drinks. Someone was put in front of our drink, looked like they knew each other. My americano was watery and didn't have much flavor. My wife's white chocolate, lavender mocha was all foam. They were not busy and they need some training.Edit: After talking to customer care we became aware their staff is volunteer and some are still in training. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I up my rating to a 4 star. More...
What a unique place, nice volunteer workers, delicious food and coffee. I felt welcomed in the Living Room....
A good place to hang out or eat food when you want to go somewhere.
Interesting coffee shop & relaxation spot. Unique decor. Friendly batistas.
I held my baby shower in the Great room and it was fantastic. Perfect comfy spot for a large party and the price was right. Good coffee too!
Nice relaxed place to chat and have a cup of coffee.
This is the place I've been looking for all my life!
Was there last night for a murder mystery event and it was so much fun!

This place is so amazing and I wish I would have found it sooner. It's a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, great for meeting, multiple areas to spread out, and feels like home. Really good place to meet up with friends and family, as implied it has a living room vibe. One thing I found weird was that they had a ladies specific restroom but no male specific. 9/10 great place.

Warm family like feeling. People were friendly and kind.
Super cute place! Cant wait to have another cup of coffee here!
Amazing staff and cozy environment!
Great people, good environment
Brandon, Kim, Suzanne, Teri, and the rest of the team at TLR Coffee House are great! They use a great PNW coffee that isn't burnt (a rare finding). They offer fresh food and many are paleo/keto friendly! My family has come here for a few years now and have always felt taken care here! Thank you for being here! More...
Came here with a friend since its half way for both of us. What a great coffee spot! It was perfect for us to get together, relax and enjoy our coffee! This place is so great. Amazing relaxing atmosphere, with multiple rooms for many purposes. The people are extremely nice, as well.
Cool vibe. Great music and coffee!
It was amazing, very homey. I felt very welcomed and loved!
Very homely and good vibes.. oh coffee was good too!
Nice nice nice
A cozy and unique coffee house ran purely by volunteers, the Living Room is a hidden gem of Marysville. Each cup is brewed fresh for each guest, and even though it results in longer wait times when busier, it's easily one of my favorite spots for casual hangouts with friends.
This was a pretty unique place and would be coming back, even though they threw my dog out! Egg nog latte and the sandwich I had was amazing. There are a ton of board games and the building is a cool old church. But really, how do you throw my dog out!! Still getting five stars and thanks for the great experience. More...
Awesome investment peaceful place to escape from the hectic lives we have these days. Go visit and expect to meet some salt of the earth kind of people there.
This is a coffeeshop inside what used to be a large church. It's a pretty interesting space that has been split into numerous meeting halls, including the large meeting hall in what used to be the church part. The coffeeshop service area is located down the hall and is pretty good. They bake things daily, and the baristas aren't bad either. I couldn't tell if they were volunteers or not--there were many signs asking for volunteers there to support the function of the property as a public meeting house. Regardless, it was pretty good and the kitchen was popping out some decent items. However there are some negatives in that the decor is somewhat gauche, like signs in hand written script that say "And now, coffee" and silly stuff like that. It looks like they somehow came across a lot of Pier One and Pottery Barn stuff. None of the furniture is matched, which is part of the charm. And if you want to order off menu, forget it--they are confined to the menu and that means that people with dairy allergies are kinda SOL. Nevertheless this is a great resource. It's easy to get to, has a large parking lot, and if you have a large party I cannot imagine a better place to go. For any meeting that includes coffee I would consider this place first. We had our twin daughters who are 1.5 years old with us. They had fun running all over the place in the large meeting spaces. There's not much that they could get into, but the place is so large that I was concerned they'd hide quietly and I'd never be able to find them. We stopped here during a drive up the interstate and I'd recommend it as a very unique and fun place to visit at least once. It's not the best coffee shop I've been to, but wow is it unique and pretty darned cool. More...
Felt very warm and welcoming. Very cute in the winter time all decked out for Christmas and have the best drinks and cinnamon rolls ever
Great coffee and nice place to just hang out.
Absolutely amazing place! Was blown away!!! So much space and fun decor, will absolutely be back!
Beautiful place unique set-up staff
I visit the LRCH at least two or three times a week to work. The staff, all volunteers, are delightful and kind. The food is incredible, I've tried nearly everything on the menu and it's all good. The coffee, especially the mocha, is fantastic. There are tons of great nooks for meeting up with friends or coworkers, plus free wi-fi! They also put on a ton of free community events for families. I highly recommend this place and I tell everyone I know how much I love it. More...
Went there for coffee and friend had tea. Very nice place to have a visit with a friend. They have different cute rooms you can hang out in.
Amazing little coffee shop!@
Loved it! Fun, different, and comfortable.
I liked the chocolate cake pop I had. The drip coffee wasn't the best drip that I had but it was good. I loved the design and layout of the space, lot's of interesting things to look at. I enjoyed the couches and chairs, they're very comfy. The space does have an older feel to it, and it's a bit stuffy inside. But overall I'm glad I came here. More...

I had never been here before, but I'm so glad my friend suggested it. Good coffee, good atmosphere. And all run by volunteers!
This place is so amazing. It's definitely a community spot. The rooms are fantastic and I loved the Chai.
This coffee hang out has many themes inside that will knock you off your feet about five different rooms and all decorated like a home in each one, the coffee is good but not much in the cup because I wanted a lot more but it is a great hang out for big groups though the parking lot is small its always busy but never crowded in one space. The prices are fair.
A super cool and comfy atmosphere! Good beverages and snacks and a lot of good people.
Such a cool place to meet with a big or small group of people, each room is well put together and is super comfy. They have great coffee and tea, as well as pastries and sandwiches! This is a really interesting place. There are many different rooms with tables, couches and chairs for you to sit around and visit or just hang out. Absolutely fantastic place to go and relax! Such a quaint atmosphere, and there's a lot of nooks and crannies to cozy up in.

Very comfortable and welcoming
This is hands down the best coffee you can get in the whole Snohomish county. Stumptown Coffee!Nicest people, best eats, PERFECT place to meet friends or just hang out! Good job everyone!
This has definitely become one of my favorite coffee shops in Washington. Amazing costumer service and a feel-at-home atmosphere; there is plenty of space with comfy couches and tables. The art around the coffee house reflects several positive messages like "You matter" and "There is Hope"I hope to be able to revisit this shop next time I'm in town. More...
The atmosphere of this coffee shop is like none other. It's very comforting and gives an at home feel. Each room is decorated very cute and the wifi password is one of the many things I love about this place, which is "youmatter". The workers are very friendly and do everything that's needed to be done with a smile. I wish I lived closer but regardless of distance, this will always be my number one cafe to go to. Mucho love. Love the atmosphere, the volunteers who work the counter are slow but friendly! Their pastries and food are homemade. It's a great place to sit down and read a book in one of their "living rooms" as each room is decorated like one.
The best Vanilla Breve Latte I've ever had. Monday night's volunteers are amazing!
Pleasant place to visit.
It's so comfy looking in here! The workers and surroundings make you feel like right at home. Coffee is meh
This place was super cozy and good coffee! Girls behind the counter were very sweet. Love their mission and that it's all volunteers who work there
I have not been a huge coffee drinker historically, so I am woefully unaware of what sort of coffee shops exist in my neighborhood. Just visited here for the first time today. It's maybe 3 miles from my house.Wow. Really cool place. Relaxed, aesthetically pleasing, quirky, shabby chic environment. Great pastries, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, etc. All of the staff are volunteers and the business is run as a non profit by the church that created it. Surprised it took me this long to visit here considering how much I really like sitting here, drinking this coffee. I will definitely be back. More...
Loved this quite cafe. It's absolutely adorable, lots of neat little nick knacks all around the place and they have so many little spaces to sit. Only draw back is it can get a little toasty on a warm day. Will definitely return! Sidenote: all the folks working the coffee shop are volunteers from the church! super wonderful! love it!! More...
I really love this place by 3rd street state avenue... we had delicious hipster toast (I tasted avocado, pepper flakes, rock salt, cream cheese, shallots, etc). Chai tea with soy....
Very very good. I had a Chai Tea Latte, and it was amazing. The woman who helped us was very kind and did not mess up my order. However, I got somefood (a cinnamon roll I think) and it was fine. A little bit on the dry side, but overall it is very very good! I would recommend! More...
My new favorite place! The atmosphere is so chill, there's a lot of adorably decorated rooms to study or hang out in, and when they open the "garage door" in the main cafe, the breeze through the window is really nice. Workers are polite and there's lots of couches and tables to sit at. Not to mention the adorable big room for music (pictured below.) For the food, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it was super delicious! Reasonably priced too. Really nice place over all, I will definitely be back again. More...
Only been here once for a meeting but the place was super sweet! The decor is fantastic and lots of different rooms. Parking was our only issue.
One of the most unique atmospheres you could find. Baristas are friendly. Coffee quality is great. This place has a ton of space with multiple rooms to study in with comfy furniture. This place is a diamond in the rough. Definitely recommend giving it a try! C & J approved More...
Ive driven by here for over a year and ignored it, but decided to check it out when my boyfriend and I needed a place to study. Its super mellow and cute, I love the decor and plenty of space to sit. I only gave 4 stars though because on the second day I came I also brought my young daughter, and a song came on that dropped the F word a few times. I think that's pretty inappropriate for a family spot. If it happens again Ill have to stop coming but for now it's ok. More...
It's a perfect coffee house for large or small groups. Coffee and teas are great. Also a good selection of baked treats.
If you are anywhere near the area I highly suggest stopping by! I think I may have found my new study spot. This place has an awesome vibe, super mellow and lots of space for studying. They have lot of individual rooms for groups as well. Coffee was awesome (Stumptown) with many food options. Best part was I found out that it is 100% non-profit and run by volunteers. What a great place for people in the community to come and gather. The baristas do get to keep tips which is fantastic so make sure to tip well! More...

My Bestest Girlfriend & I are going to visit The Living Room Coffee House tomorrow morning! I'm looking forward to it! More reviews tomorrow! Sounds like a gem!
I've met family/friends here on several occasions. A very home-like version of a Starbucks (with better coffee). The food was average but worth the price. They now occupy a former church building. It is easy to find private space if you aren't interested in having your conversation overheard. More...
Pictures do not do this place justice, super cozy and also huge! Has many rooms and lots of places to sit. Coffee and tea are good and food aswell. I would say the biggest thing about this place is just the atmosphere and coziness, good place to chat with someone or do homework. More...

The coffee was good and the atmosphere here is a very unique environment. There's lots of rooms to choose from and explore which was fun and everyone seemed nice.
This is a wonderful, warm, and huge coffeehouse. Appears to have formerly been a church, it had several rooms in which to gather your friends together and enjoy a coffee, tea, Italian soda, pastry, sandwich, and much more in. each room is a little different. And has an assigned name such as Americano, or Brevé. Breve it's where I sat. It was very comfortable. Lots of natural light, the couch was big enough for 6 or so people, and it had some fun, assorted decor. I think they might have WiFi? But, I didn't check. They are really nice people. I had a good conversation with the owner. It was a great way to start off my experience there. They make their own pastries and sandwiches. And they have white bean coffee too. I like that they play whole cds instead of assorted playlists, I like playlists, but sometimes it's a nice comfort to hear a CD in full. I'm definitely looking to go back to this coffeehouse. I really like it. More...
So I'm giving you guys a 4 because out of every single time I've been here I've loved it.. however on 2 separate occasions my coffee was not made correctly, it's super annoying to wake up and get the wrong coffee. I always appreciate the other times my morning has started out right, however the 2 times I've come in and my coffee was not anything that I asked for there was a lot of girls standing around talking at the Batista station so much so you forgot to give me my food and messed up my drink (same scenario the 2nd time) shout out to the gal with short blonde hair always always 100% happy when she is making my drink and helping me. I love this place and would've given it a solid 5 but like I said hanging out while your suppose to be taking my order, and preparing what I asked for and paid for is priority number 1 so I can see how it got messed up. Definitely not mad I still love this place and continue to come here, but definitely ladies cut back on the chit chat and stay focused on your customers would improve it so much more. More...
I love this place, very cute and friendly. Fun during the holidays for their events as well
We had just finished a late lunch at another location in Marysville and wanted to see if there was an indie cafe in proximity before picking up I-5. The Living Room Coffee House fit the bill and was found via Yelp.Interesting seating configurations attached to the main cafe and kitchen area. It is a 100% volunteer run, non profit organization. TLRCH also functions as a community gathering space suitable for small groups but with capacity up to 150.The main cafe area during this visit was pleasant with a nice cross breeze from the two garage roll up type windows. Decor was an assortment of kitchy, homey, antiquey with a lot of found objects and inspirational sayings. Free WiFi available.Ordered a chocolate cold brew and a mocha - both Stumptown (!) and a quad of mini cinnamon rolls kindly warmed up. This is an amazing, inviting, progressive, and lowkey concept. If it is related to a religious organization or church, it is truly welcoming and not preachy. Yet again, demonstrating how this concept works here for all ages and purposes. In Seattle, this would be a sea of laptop campers or various fringes of society. And shows how devoid of developing cafe culture, the concept of a sustainable 'third place' is still missing in Shoreline.Nice find before heading back south. Thanks again Yelpers! More...
It's like a little piece of Portland just sprouted up in Marysville. And they brew Stumptown coffee! This place is a total gem.
I have worked in coffee for many years. I have come to realize that it's not all about the drink. Most people are seeking so much more with thier brew. This place has nailed it! I cannot really explain it but they have me hooked. I take everyone I know to this lovely place. Could it be a little piece of heaven..maybe More...
First of all this place is loaded with gluten, am I the only one who noticed? Which, I mean... what? But really I need to point out the fact that I'm vegan and this place didn't even ask. I mean, I'm a father of two and my children have never watched television, did they even bother to accommodate? This also needs to be said, only because I don't think it's something everyone notices, but for the most part I just wish they had more... how do you say... je ne sais quoi. That's french. More...
I really like this spot, it's the only coffee worth drinking in Marysville in my opinion. It's very cute and positive with so many seats to choose from. The music can be a bit too "emotional-white-person-in-existential-crisis", but whatev. Though I like the idea of the volunteer positions, it is a business and it seems like they should pay their employees. OVERALL I love it tho. More...
Came in for a Saturday morning coffee and baked good. I had the bacon cheddar scone and it was delicious! There were so many others that I wanted to try but I'll save those for my future visits. It definitely has a homey feel with the cute decor and pleasant volunteers. Will come again frequently! More...
This place definitely has a grandma and grandpas house vibe. Very cozy and unique. Can't speculate on the coffee as I only had a drip but the Killer Tuna on Killer Bread sandwich was very tasty. I could tell the tuna was house made. I could see coming in here to relax and get some work done on your computer. More...
Great place to unwind and meet friends. Living room coffee house is as cozy as it sounds. Much better than hanging at the usual coffee chain. The ambiance has a shabby chic and hipster vibe. Not common to see in the Marysville neighborhood. There's quite a bit of a line on the first day I came in (Saturday) that's a weekend so expect that. Coffee is wonderful. They have great breakfast and bake goods selections . I wanted to try their breakfast burrito when I went unfortunately it wasn't available. Just a little note. Make sure you have everything available especially on the weekends when more people come in. Anything else..it's a nice spot for friends and community gathering. More...
I come to this place at least once a week! It's a great cozy environment that's perfect for getting away to read a book or bring your little one for a playdate. I love that it's run by volunteers and host community events! More...
This stellar homey coffee shop brews Stumptown beans & is run by volunteers. The baristas are very friendly, passionate, and pull killer shots. (passion-latte?) They share space with a church and were prepping for a dinner mystery theater at the late hour when I last visited. A kitschy, busy space. Definitely worth a stop. More...
Warm atmosphere, great coffee and food! This is a fun place to meet a friend/friends and have intimate conversation or grab a table and do an art project with the kids.
I am a professional facilitator facilitating the local Chamber of Commerce board planning session in the aptly named "Great Room" of The Living Room Coffee House. Simply stated, it is ideal. There's room for a horseshoe board meeting as well as plenty of room for group breakout sessions. Businesses wanting a place to plan in Marysville /Tulalip should highly consider The Living Room Coffee House. Oh, the coffee and pastry is beyond good! More...
Great little eclectic spot. The coffee and treats were good! I had a kale salad that was delicious. Could be a little cleaner, tables were left dirty and some of the furniture could have been in better shape. For instance the couch cushions you sit on were really spread and you have to stack pillows to sit on it comfortably. Other wise the vibe was great, the girl running the counter was very nice (she speaks a little too loud) but really neat personality. I love the market place ministry and the open spacing. The decor was pretty great on walls and the table areas. Felt like I walked in a Seattle style shop with country charm. A homeless man did come in and lay in the communal hall for their service, which made us a little uncomfortable. Just for safety for the girl that works there. Since she didn't see him come in and we found him when we were looking for a place to talk. She quickly told him he couldn't sleep there. I like that they offer free coffee/baked good to them when they come willing to help serve. I was told they try to show them kindness for willingness to be a part of their community, not as a shelter or soup kitchen. I guess they have had people offer to help clean up for a warm drink in winter. That feels like community to me. More...
My friend and I randomly wandered here one night while passing through Marysville. I first entered and was confused: Was I in a church? Or maybe this place used to be a church. There were groups of people sitting in different rooms, some playing hide and seek, others in deep discussion, doing projects on one of the many dining tables, or reading quietly in a comfy armchair. There are so many rooms, and furniture in this ginormous kitschy café. I nearly got lost trying to find the café counter. I noticed there were words of self-love and positivity written everywhere as I weaved through the tables, chairs, couches, and vintage oddities. Now that I'm writing this review I don't really recall how the hot chocolate I ordered tasted. Overall, I think that this coffee house (of worship?) is worth checking out because I see it as a place of sanctuary, or a safe space. More...
Best coffee shop atmosphere ever. Super comfy. Not a bad seat in the place. Great lattes and frappes. I get a lot of work done here. My kids love it as well!
This place is really cool. It's a coffee shop in the front and a church in the back. The coffee shop is a non-profit which donates the money it makes. If you were to walk by and look in you would probably think that it was a thrift shop/antique shop because it's full of old furniture and decorations. This is awesome because not only guarantees you a spot to sit but you can sit in pretty much whatever kind a seat you want. They have dining room tables, living room tables, couches, recliners, restaurant style tables etc. (I could go on for at least another three sentences). The coffee shop portion is huge and then it's got a huge area in the back which operates as a church and during non-church hours it's a meeting room or if there's no meetings going on it's an extension of the coffee shop. They offer free Wi-Fi like any good coffee shop should. They have a full drink menu including tea, coffee and all the other drink you would find at a coffee shop. They also have sandwiches, bagels and those type of food items. This is my first visit so I've only had one drink here but my 16oz, dirty, chai tea latte with two added shots was only $4, which is a fair price and I had a delicious french bread pizza (they even cook it in a toaster oven so it's like a real pizza) and that was only $3. Good value and good food!I work remotely and am on the road a lot. I usually get stuck at a Starbucks because you can have meetings there, they have wifi and coffee. This place offers all that without the corporate style, crap coffee that Starbucks has and they also didn't have a part in Seattle losing the sonics like Starbucks did (well their owner anyways. When I am in the Everett/Marysville area this will be my go-to spot from now on. I would recommend that you check this place out! More...
This is the cutest coffee shop in town! The Living Room is a super cute collection of random living room-like stuff that makes it feel super comfortable to sit with some yummy coffee or sit and do some work. A few sitting nooks with comfy couches and chairs. Some of the coffee tables are crates, totes, or doors. They also do live music on Fridays. I have not gone to it though. I only hold two down points. 1. not much for dairy-free options. Those cinnamon rolls looked GOOD but alas... I can't eat them. Not a big deal. I'm used to it. 2. Not many outlets. There is one next to the front window that doesn't work and one in each sitting nook on the wall. This would be neat but it gives no options for anyone else to hook up except the one or two people sitting right next to it. They do have free WIFI though. Password nest to the register. More...
Such a fantastic place to have meetings and drink chai tea lattes! We have also used this venue for private meetings and events and they are so easy to work with a do a great job. Who knew so many couches could fit into one place!? More...
Such a cool idea! Think of a homier ikea just for sipping coffee, kick in it with da homies or knocking out some work. The ice drip was killer too!
Simply the best coffee house in the area. I almost hate to write this review cause I want to keep my secret but it's no secret any more. Been coming here every Friday for over a year. Probably spend 5-10 hours here a week. Great venue for special events too. The staff are amazing and wonderful. I'm in love with this place! More...
I absolutely love this little cafe. It is my go to place whenever I want to meet up with someone. There are couches, tables and chairs everywhere that are perfect for doing homework or just hanging out. They serve the drinks in cute glass jars and everything I have tried has tasted great so far. They have treats for sale too, but I haven't gotten around to trying those yet. They have open mic nights, craft fairs, Santa pictures and so much more that are great to attend. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxed place to go. The only thing that would make it better is it were open later, but that's just because I do a lot of meetings later at night. Their hours are pretty great for a small startup cafe. Highly recommend!! More...

Love this place. My best friend and I study there a lot. Suck a nice inviting comfortable place. With great drinks and food too!
What a great atmosphere. I had a wonderful Younique business meeting here, it was not stuffy, loud or crowded. I will definitely come back to get some work done when I don't want to work from home. The latte was a little too creamy for me, but suppose I can order Americano next time!!! More...
We love this place, and visit often. Sometimes for a business meeting, sometimes for a treat, and sometimes for a retreat! Love the atmosphere, service and the food is always fresh and delicious. More...
Super cozy with eclectic decor. Plenty of couches and tables for large groups or individuals. Loved the atmosphere and the latte and bagel I got were delicious! The volunteers working were very nice. I'll make a point to come back often! More...
Because of giving complimentary coffee at the Rainy, dark, cold, Christmas parade, I decided to check this place out.I love, love, love everything about it. The folks who volunteer there are so friendly and fun. I fell in love with the total concept. The atmosphere, by far, is the most inviting ever. I will be back again and again. More...
Non-profit coffee house staffed by extremely courteous volunteer staff. The coffee is hot and fair trade. Multiple "living rooms" offer cozy corners to warm up with a hot cuppa Joe. The pastries are store bought, but tasty and served on a real plate. The drinks are served in mason jar type glass mugs, which is a little hipster. All in all a nice place to sit and warm up. More...
Best coffee in Arlington. Stumptown coffee for drip and you can't go wrong. The baristas and staff are fantastic too, you can tell they all genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy to be there. If you're like me and want a break from drive-thru coffee or Starbucks, go to the Living Room! You won't be disappointed. More...
This is a great place to relax and have a great cup of coffee ,good prices friendly baristas and overall an amazing atmosphere .If you love pintrest this is the place for you doors for counters and coffee drinks and jars!! check it out More...
Nice place to hang out, adults and kids. Kids friendly and nice setting inside the cafe. Church operated.
Right now, I am reclined on a velvet couch drinking tea and using wifi! To have an authentic living room vibe for a cafe is much-appreciated on a long road trip. Every cafe should have tons of couches and nooks like this one! There is even an entire armoire of games! The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because there weren't many creative drinks or food options. But this really seems like an important community gem, offering space to convene and relax, complete with a stage and rooms to meet in. More...
Picture this: You're in your home, in your cozies, cuddled up on your couch with your best friend enjoying a cup of coffee. The Living Room's name couldn't be more applicable. What an awesome concept and super great atmosphere! Literally, there are comfortable couches, lounge chairs, and ottomans GALORE! It's actually like the size of 5 or more average size living rooms! The coffee drinks are exactly what you expect from a coffee shop and they also serve deli/bakery type items (although I didn't having anything to eat).Sadly, it's up in Marysville...so it's not a place I will frequent as often as I would like because I live in Renton...BUT it will definitely be a place I will patronize as much as possible in the future with my Snohomish County friends!Well done, Living Room Coffee House! Great coffe shop, great atmosphere, &great service! I've been frequenting this place for about a month now and every time I have been greeted with a friendly face & the BEST (much needed) cup of coffee(Suzanne and Brandon were my coffee artists). Crazy to find out everyone who works there is a volunteer!I am a homeschool mom and this place provided such a nice atmosphere to relax and play some board games and make art projects (they even have scrap paper and coloring materials) My kids LOVE it! Truly, this in now one of my favorite coffee shops that the whole family can enjoy. I didn't mention they have an open Mic night once a month, we went & it was pretty fun & entertaining! More...
I absolutely love the cozy atmosphere and community focus of this local non-profit! Open mic nights, great coffee, sweet treats from local bakers, fun music and a great venue for parties or meetings! Love it here.
I have been to this amazing coffeehouse every week for the past 6weeks. I meet a group of moms there and the baristas are all amazing and help us get toys for the kids to play with. I love that they have a space available to rent for large groups. I really enjoy supporting a small local business!!! I will continue going here weekly if not more often. More...
Finally a nice relaxing coffee shop in town with great coffee. The place is relaxing and comfortable. The type of place you can come with some friends and hang out for a while. They have books you can read and games you can play as well. There is room for groups or you can find a corner to be by yourself. They serve stumptown coffee and fresh pastries knowing they serve stumptown rams the baristas have all been trained by stumptown coffee baristas so they can keep the same high standards. More...
A nice, fun place to meet up with friends and sit and chat for awhile. I am not a coffee connoisseur but the chai tea is always delightful. The service is with a smile and once you know the 'why' behind this little shop, you will want to go back again and again to support the people and your community. Think of this place as 'many' living rooms and so there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. Free Wi-Fi and even dining room tables to spread out and work or a place to hang-out and play board games with your friends. There is even music some nights of the week. You can also 'rent out' part of the Living Room for your private events. More...
The coffee is great and they are looking into serving gluten free products in near future. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing, working on laptop or hanging with a group of friends. The prices are reasonable and are indeed listed on the board. I must have been brain dead on my last visit. The mini cinnamon rolls were 3 for $2.00 and tasted yummy (we had them heated up). I cannot say enough how excited I am to have this place in our town. More...
