The Little Piggy is a food truck and catering company. We offer a wide range of cuisines from American and BBQ to Italian and “Americanized Mexican”. We can bring the truck to you and serve right out the service window to our kitchen. If you’re looking for more traditional buffet style catering we can do that too by dropping off the food or staying to help serve.

I stopped at the food truck on Walnut Wednesday food truck day on 12th and Chester. I ordered the kielbasa sandwich with cole slaw and fries. It was really yummy, but not a smart choice when I had no where to sit and enjoy it on a windy day without getting messy. I recommend it though, just be prepared for a possible mess. Lol More...

It was food truck Tuesday at the Edison, so I decided to try the pulled pork quesadillas and pasta salad, and it was really delicious! ! Great smokey flavor to the pork, just the right amount of cheese and crispness to the tortilla. The pasta salad was tangy and very flavorful. The only thing I would recommend is offering sour cream on the side, but not a deal breaker at all. Oh and everyone was super nice! Definitely my favorite food truck by far!! More...

One of the best Cubano sandwich I've tasted, everything melded so well together not one thing was over powering, bread was toasted to perfection. I was in limbo on what I was going to eat because I was at Edgewater Live, I really wanted a Swenson's burger but my luck it wasn't open yet for business, in this world you have to be ready Swenson's, I'm glad I went here everything was on point on this sandwich. The sandwich to my eyes wasn't big enough you know "We eat with our eyes" thought it was on the smaller side for the price, boy was I wrong I couldn't finish the sandwich that's how satisfying it was, so I gave 1/3 of it to my daughter she scarfed it down like Scooby Doo & Shaggy eating scooby snacks, I didn't even tell her it had Dijon/Mayo in it she doesn't like it but oh well who's going to tell her, she said she's going to get one next time she sees the truck out. We specialize in smoked meats such as pork and chicken
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We will listen to your needs and make suggestions as appropriate. Our experiences have helped us understand foods that go well together and make party planning a lot easier. If there is something out of our range of cuisines, we will be upfront and let you know if it is something we do not have the equipment/capabilities of providing.
What do you love most about your job?
I love catering as it is almost never the same menu. We do so many different types of parties with different needs. It keeps it fresh and exciting!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved and still love the idea of being my own boss and having the opportunity to build something from the ground up. I also have the flexibility to be available for my wife and kids much more often than before I started my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small business, not some chain or group that only cares about collecting money. We love what we do, enjoy meeting new people and take pride in the food we put out there.
