Nico is a really nice lad, hard working and is polite. The other person that works with him, Howard, is someone I just cannot relate too what so ever and the guy aggravates me profoundly so everytime I have spoken with him. Typical IT person, very "I know everything about your business and IT" attitude which rubs me up the wrong way. Do not like the guy, he knows nothing about my needs, my business or cares to listen, because he knows everything. That aside, I am sure the guy knows his stuff anyway. More...

I'm A professional photographer, & can't be without my desktop computer. I had a major breakdown. I contacted the shop, they examined it & found the fault.
They sent off for a new power unit and within 24 hrs, I had my computer back. They also cleaned the computer. It used to take about 2 minutes to boot, now it boots up in about 20 seconds.
I found Howard the owner very friendly, & can't thank him enough.
The service they gave me was second to none, & the cost our the repair was extremely reasonable.
I would not hesitate to recommend "The Little Computer Shop" for a fast reliable service.

My laptop charger just stopped working this morning so I made a call and popped in. If I needed a new charger the guy (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) would go out during his lunch to get the replacement and deliver it to me once the shop was closed, luckily it was just the plug so he gave me a new one for free. Wonderful service and very helpful, will definitely be going back there if I have any of problems with my laptop XD More...

Can't thank the lads enough for helping me with my Samsung ultrabook. After a nightmare buying it from eBay and the seller refusing to help me with a faulty harddrive they provided, they sourced an appropriate replacement and rebuilt the machine very quickly.
