Staying with my partner for a course. Easy to find, great parking, efficient check in.Room comfortable. Shower lacked any power and even on hot the water was only slightly above body temperature. Plugs situated in a way that Mac adapter did not fit, hairdryer plugged into a drawer so only just reached mirror.Several student football teams were booked in on our second night and had races up and down the corridor as well as sitting in the corridors with their doors open...this was noisy to say the least and not helped by wooden flooring under the carpets.All in all a nice hotel but better planning on where to situate large groups would have improved the standard of the stay. Had everythingmost hotels have. very clean, reasonable food prices in the restaurant. Spacious room. Plenty of teabags and milk. Comfortable bed. Easy to access off the dual carriageway. Room - typical hotel room, no complaints!Cleanliness - our room wasn't cleaned every day, but maybe because I was staying for 2 weeks? But I would notice that sometimes they wouldn't empty the trash or give new towels.Restaurant - breakfast is great! The dinner menu is a bit expensive, but the food is good.Bar - open 24/7 for hotel guests. The bartenders were all really friendly, even at 4 AM.Location - about 15 minute walking distance from Loughborough University and 45 minute walking distance from the town. A comfortable hotel, real pleasure to stay here. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, especially since we arrived here late last night having been badly let down by another hotel and we were feeling miserable and tired.
