What do you love most about your job?
I adore seeing my talented clients step into a new career, where they are excited to go to work and give of their all. I find it deeply rewarding to see people placed in the right role or thriving in a role where they had previously struggled. I also really enjoy writing, speaking and sharing insights, so it's wonderful to get to geek out on career change as your specialist subject!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been a serial career changer myself - and rejected a very prestigious career in the Government Fast Stream to plough my own furrow. I wanted to help other to find direction and fulfilment - once I had worked out how to do that, I turned it into a book and then thought, well, how can I really share this with hundreds of people and companies - and here I am!

Because I have been there and done that. I have changed industries and moved from self-employment to employment and back again. Whatever shift you want to make, I've done it! I've also delivered TED talks on it and written a book about it. I believe in people, their possibilities and potential and have an exceptional track record in my field.
