My goals for my customers is to at first double the output, revenue, profits, marketing results, sales, and production efficiency. Then we will review where they stand currently in the market place, are they #1, #10, or #100, and what it takes to move them up.

One of my clients was $3M in size, 30 employees, #3 in his industry. His next competitor #2, also had 30 employees with revenue of $8M, almost 3 times more with the same number of employees. My client said “No way. Can’t get more out of my people” but when we looked at nearest competitor within the year he had passed the competitor.

For over 40 years I have been a “turn around specialist” focusing on multiplying companies such as Lear Jet Stereo, Sony, Sprint, even Saudi Arabian Oil, and lots of smaller Companies, and VP of an international company.
