Sherry and I just wanted to say Thank You to everyone at the Law Offices of Nick Nemeth! From the very beginning the staff has always been very personable and of course professional. The payment terms up front were very helpful and the communication was always prompt. The most important item we want to make clear was the level of commitment and services provided on the firms part never dwindled from the beginning to the end, long, long after the payments were made by us. Also the prediction of the settlement was very close to what we were told from the very start. At one point the IRS claimed we owed almost $10,000,000 in taxes!!! We enjoyed working with Nick and his staff. They are very professional, courteous and timely. The main thing I appreciate about Nick is that he will tell you upfront whether or not he can help you. While our situation was unique to us--we were not able to get much relief from the IRS. However, Nick was able to help us manage our way through the extremely untimely, inefficient, and non-compassionate IRS. We are very thankful for Nick's help with this process. Making a call to Nick Nemeth was the best decision I ever made. After years of fighting the IRS myself and getting deeper and deeper into debt with interest adding up to more than I owed to start with I had to do something. Nick's office got the IRS to settle with me for 10% of what they said I owed. Although it took a little over a year it was worth it in the long run. After getting a garnishment letter from the IRS, I reached out to Mr Nameth. After a personal consultation by phone (I was on the east coast sweating bullets), he put a stop the same day to the garnishment. Other than some routine financials and consultations with his staff, I had to do nothing. His staff is five star as well as they communicated me regularly on where my case stood. It was a very rainy day and, after driving several hundred miles, I finally made it home and planned on having a warm meal and, maybe, watching a little television. But before doing so, I went outside to check the day's mail. The usual array of junk mail, with a few bills mixed in, and... is that what I think it is? Yes, it was a letter from the IRS. My heart sank. Oh well, I better open it and see what they want. It was worse than expected. They wanted to review my tax records from a few years prior.

Yes, I was being audited! Fortunately, I had about a month before I had to meet with the agent. After doing extensive research online, the consensus was that I should not meet with the IRS without adequate representation. Luckily, I had heard Nick Nemeth's advertisements on ESPN radio. I decided to meet with one of his associates and it was one of the best decisions that I could've made. He was very professional and explained the audit process, along with what I could expect. (Heretofore, I had no idea that an audit could sometimes take a year or more.)

I hired Nick's firm and it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. The IRS had to meet with me at his office - not my home or workplace. They also had to deal only with the law office (after the initial interview) so I didn't have to worry about being taken advantage of - or saying the wrong thing.

In the end, everything worked out well and the process only lasted a couple of months. I especially liked dealing with the Nemeth's law office because it is locally owned and within a short drive from my home. I promise that you won't be disappointed if you use Nick's services.
