Used lovely Rachel at the Laundromutt today - had high expectations as I know how wonderful she is with animals - but she exceeded them! !! Mac went for a walk in a field on the IOW and had a bad reaction, came back home I messaged Rachel in the morning to see if she could fit Mac in for a bath, not expecting anything for a day or 2, Rachel squeezed him in the same day, she bathed him in some of her magic shampoo, he is so much better, I can't thank her enough, she is so kind and caring and Mac loves her to bits.
