I was really impressed with the advice I received from Tracey the investigator who contacted me through Bark. She was kind and caring amd listened to my story as a friend. Although at the moment I havent used any services with LPIL I would definitely feel comfortable to give them the task of surveillance. From my first call to the lady investigators it was like talking to a friend that really understood my situation and what I wanted to achieve. What do you love most about your job?
You'll get different answers from the team but we all love to help people. Most of the people who use our services are under some stress, and being able to provide support and answers is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Getting great feedback and being able to do something different every day.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are quite unusual in the Private Investigations industry. Most PI's are male and are ex-military or ex-police. This has great merits in many situations but we believe that we have an advantage. Most of our clients, when given the choice (and yes we do employ two men), will choose a female for surveillance. This is especially true when we follow women or young people. We listen well and we really care for our clients. Our prices are extremely competitive too - that always helps!
