I went for a Sunday roast, had three courses and couldn't find fault with any of it, service was nice with attentive waitresses and good menu selection. Will go back again in future

Grade 2 listed building with views over the Clyde and stained glass windows in some areas. Access to reception down fight of steps. No obvious ramp so not sure about disabled access so contact them for confirmation. Clean comfy bedroom, lovely lounge area with a welcoming fire. It has a nice welcoming atmosphere. Meals in restaurant very good, flavourful and large servings. Recently taken over by new owners and the building requires some work done. Well worth a visit. More...

Under the new management the hotel is making great strides forward. Have enjoyed recent visits. Cullen skink soup is a meal in itself and their range of gateaux are great and very reasonably priced.
