We contact our clients prospects on their behalf to introduce their products or services, we determine relevant information from the prospect and determine if they fit the pre designated criteria for a meeting we then arrange an introduction for our clients.

I am the MD of a small recruitment company, specialising in the placement of Non-destructive Testing (NDT) personnel. You’re probably thinking, what is NDT?
That’s exactly what Martin said when I first approached him.
From our conversations and research carried out by himself, he quickly gained a rudimentary understanding of NDT methodology and levels of certification. So much so, that I became confident that he would be able to represent my company well.
After a couple of meetings, Martin embarked upon a 2-day trial. What do you love most about your job?

What inspired you to start your own business?
Our Managing Director has worked in Telemarketing in many formats, from large call centres people generally associate with Telemarketing to internal placements directly for companies, his experience of field sales and being on the end of poor appointments from a telemarketing company inspired him to start the business and focus on only quality appointments that field sales people look forward to attending.
