Reading other reviews I wonder if they came to the same hotel.||We were greeted by Julie a friendly and charming lady who showed us to our room. ||The room was spacious and airy, the only fault I could find was a lack of cupboards or wardrobes to hang clothes in, but this is only a minor problem. The room was serviced daily and was very clean ,the beds were comfy and we had plenty of pillows. All the staff and management we encountered were friendly and attentive.||If you are wanting five star luxury then go elsewhere, but if you want basic quality accomodation the Kensington more than fits the bill. I would not hesitate to book here again. More...

It is a basic and very clean room with all the necessary, even bath, iron, hairdryer and I found the bed really comfy. The wifi was also free.||||I do not understand what people expect from a cheap hotel, but this one, apart from cheap, had everything we needed and the attention was excellent.
