We have been going to the JillTed Florist now for the last two years and no other florist compares. Our company goes there for any arrangements we send to clients, staff or vendors and all our staff go there for any personal orders as well. The arrangements are beautiful, artistic and they always aim to create just what we want while being very fair on their prices. We always get loads of compliments on the arrangements! A couple examples to show what caliber of people own this store: Ted also gave me a great deal a couple years ago on some last minute fresh garland for a large Christmas party I was having. I lucked out that he had some left over from a different project and he gave me a good deal, worked with my schedule on picking it up and was once again accommodating. Just last week I stopped in to talk to Ted about what I wanted to put together as a special thank you for a group of people and he took the time to come up with some ideas. One idea of something we wanted to include with the overall flower delivery isn't something they would typically create. I want to mention that he was still willing to put it together for us, but he also suggested that I save a little money by picking the item up at another local shop that specializes in the item (which he gave me the name of) and if I brought it into him, he would include it with the overall delivery so it all arrived together. Some places may just say no and not think outside the box. Ted was not only willing to go the extra mile and put it together himself if we preferred, but he cared enough to throw out an idea that we may like better instead of just charging the extra money. Either way, I had options. This sort of care, willingness to help, creativity and professionalism is why they are one of our favorite local businesses and the only florist we will go to. :) More...

I needed a last minute arrangement delivered the same day and they surpassed my expectation on the arrangement. I made the phone call and 2 hours later it was delivered. The person who received them loved them and it made her day! It was beautiful! Thank you so much for helping me out and making someone's day for me when I couldn't do it in person! I have found my favorite florist for sure. I am "Mr. Last Minute". I forgot about an important birthday and felt horrible that it was too late to come through. I called JillTed and spoke to Ted. Thanks so much for going above and beyond with the custom sympathy basket for my sorority Big Sis when her husband passed on suddenly. ❤ I meant to post a review and photo (still looking for that option) earlier, but my brother passed on around the same time — crazy month.

The JillTed Florist did such an amazing job with this arrangement!!! Everyone was completely sold out of our sorority flower after Easter, so they offered to upgrade the arrangement when the plants became available the next week. I just wanted something with royal purple violets like the one my Big Sis sent me when my dad passed on.

Had no idea Jill & Ted would put together something that expressed my sentiments so perfectly, but I’m beyond impressed with their caring service. Even sent me photos upon request (haven’t had the best luck with other florists catching my vision.) Wish you had a shop here in NC — if there were a 10-Star option, I would gladly submit it!! My Mom was in the hospital and wanted some pretty flowers to look at. Publix didn't have much of a selection so I stopped into the first florist I saw. . The lady that helped me was extremely nice and asked what I wanted to spend, then she quickly put together the most beautiful flower arrangement that I'm sure should've cost much more than what she charged me.. My Mom loved them and I just wanted to say thank you for being a beacon of kindness in such a dark time for my family.. We'll definitely use and recommend your services again in the future

I love this florist, they are the best at what they do. I purchased 3 arrangements for my grandpa's funeral service, they were beautiful. Everything was perfect, so perfect that we left his flowers at the cemetery, at his site and they lasted a week in the cool and wind of early October (It was unusually windy for Florida). The spray remained standing and fully intact when I visited a week later. The customer service Jill and Ted provided was amazing. I called a few too many times and never did they make me feel like I was bothering them. This was my first time buying funeral arrangements, and they helped me along every step of the way.
