If I could rate one star I would.
Beware! They are terrible with communication. We were supposed to close 6/27 but we still have no definite Clear to Close on a contingent home.
It is now day 46. We just found TODAY they are waiting on something else for underwriting after constantly asking them last week for an update. Unbelievable.
Also, Mrs. Diane Lee is extremely unhelpful in her email replies regarding updates. As of Wednesday last week here is a piece of her response
“One more time folks. PLEASE, we will update you when we have an update to give until then please keep in mind that every time you reach out to one of us we have to stop what we are doing, get out of the loan we are trying to get in line to the underwriter (remember yours is already in line) pull your loan up and review. It is not getting the loan looked at any faster.”
This was last Wednesday and after we were supposed to close Monday and absolutely NO RESPONSE until the end of day that day.
