First let me say…The Iron Den Gym is AMAZING!!! I had the opportunity to work out with some amazing and awesome people. Being a plus size woman, and always wondering what others are thinking of you when you work out can sometimes be hard. But this gym is different. From the time I stepped foot into this place I was welcomed and was welcomed every day since the first. Not only are the owners kind and compassioned about your fitness journey! The staff and gym members are too!! There were times I told myself and others that I quit and I’m leaving. Just when I’m done another member would come along side of me and say “come on, we can go at the same pace or come on, you got this we’ll do it together”. I loved it! The Iron Den showed me how to love exercise, how to enjoy the foods I eat and still be healthy. The Iron Den Gym blessed me tremendously, and I know it will continue to bless others tremendously! If you want a gym where you feel like family, where the people notice when you are not around, where they encourage you to go or do it one more time. If you want a gym where you are not judged but encouraged and praised for trying to reach your fitness goals. THEN THE IRON DEN GYM IS FOR YOU! What a great place! Completed the 6 week challenge and have never felt better. Decided to stay in the program and reach my goals. The trainers are motivational and challenging. The owners are really passionate and have created something really unique. Suggestions - time to expand! The parking can be dangerous at certain times of day. More class times. The perfect gym. Was on leave for Christmas from the army and did not really want to go to a globo gym. Stumbled upon this gem and love the place. They have the equipment you need for any sort of workout. One day I was doing Olympic lifts with their bumper plates and the next was in their parking lot working sledge hammers and prowler push. They are also decked out with a ton of machines and cardio equipment. The staff and the other gym goers are polite and make the environment a wonderful place. More...
