Everyone I worked with at the ITO helped me to develop my website as efficiently and professionally as possible.
They had everything covered, from web design and S.E.O, to content writing. Each member of staff completed their part to a very high standard, and were happy to take charge of the situation when needed. What makes a great website?
Several things really. Branding has to be strong to capture / engage. Visuals need to be carefully selected to do the same on a website. Whilst visuals are importnat, technical things like speed and SEO are important. Content is also a key pillar to a succesful website.

What are they looking to achieve with the project?
What does GOOD look like / their desired outcome from the work we complete?
This provides us a scope or idea of what we need to achieve and this helps us budget accordingly.
We need this level of detail in order to provide accurate quotes.
Describe your creative process.
We operate a three step process we call, Design, Develop, Deliver.
All clients tend to go through this process.
Design - We ensure that all branding is in place, guidelines and any material needed
Develop - Once branding is confirmed / Signed off Design Stage, we move to developing the website with that design in mind
Deliver - this is all about the go live launch and how to make a success of your website launch
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to establish an outline / scope of work document.
Should you agree to our pricing and terms, we can get started as soon as the first instalment is made or the deposit is recieved.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new businesses and seeing them thrive. We are proud to still be working with companies we have contributed to being part of their success story.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are striving to develop a web agency that is affordable, but can offer a full-stack service that delivers results. Return on investment for our clients is a key element, but the most important thing for us is to make relationships with you - the client.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are not the cheapest, but we do offer clarity on all tasks and projects we do. Clients have a portal where they can easily see all the work being completed, comments, discussions and even time logged. We beleive in transparency and thus in turn provides buyers confidence in us.

All of our services can be provided online and remotely. We can arrange in-person visits, however these are usually chargeable for time, travel and accomodation.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We currently abide by the rules that the UK.gov website lays out around Covid-19 and will continue to be sensible and safe as things change or develop around it. We take every required action to prevent the spread of this infection as we care about our staff, clients and their families.
