What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to make a difference to my clients. Executive Coaching is hugely rewarding for me when a client gets a new insight that helps them to progress and move forward. I know from my own experience how invaluable focus and guidance from a coach or mentor can be.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My professional background is in Leadership, People Management, Human Resources, Project Management and Employee Engagement research. After many years working with people and organisations I realised I was ready for my next challenge and to fulfil an ambition to set up my own company. My work brings together all my experience, skills and knowledge to help businesses and individuals to progress and achieve.
