I'll admit it, I'm a prissy girly-girl! I love to get dolled up and have my make-up professionally done! What can I say, I love how it enhances my already present beauty. Yup, I'm tooting my own horn, but if I don't, who will?! Plus, I think every woman should strut their stuff and feel gorgeous, whether it's for a special occasion or just a girl's night out on the town! This review is way overdue because I had my make-up done by the "Melanin Matcher" herself, Ms. Heather, and she did a fabulous job - no, phenomenal job! Why the name "Melanin Matcher?" Glad you asked! Chile, she can literally match ANY skin color/type (and I do mean ANY) to the correct foundation that complements your skin! Guaranteed...No Lie! For the ladies that have tried to get their foundation matched up to their skin tone, you know how difficult that can be. Heather has mastered the science of figuring this out for us! Yesssss!!! Since I follow The Image Concierge on Instagram, I knew she was the perfect person to do my make-up for an upcoming event.I booked my appointment online and any questions I had, I was able to have them answered via email. You have the option of going to Heather's in-home studio or her/staff member coming to your home (for an additional price).  I opted for Heather to come to my home. A down payment was required and I was set. She arrived promptly on time and we hit it off instantly. Heather has a very warm and welcoming spirit and her vision for my make-up was spot on with my cocktail attire. As stated before, she did a PHENOMENAL job! We talked about a variety of skincare products, make-up options I could do on my own, and brands that aren't often sought after but are really good. A few months later she had a special make-up presentation at her home and she invited me to attend...just a classy and business savvy lady. I can tell she appreciates her clients and I definitely appreciate her! She's doing big things in the make-up game and I'm glad she was able to assist me on my look that evening. I received many compliments. Thanks again Heather, you made me shine that night. SN: I need to make another appointment, even if I don't have an actual event to attend. I booked Heather to do makeup for myself and my sister for my vow renewal and she came through! We both looked fabulous but still like ourselves. I invited her to stay through the reception and she even offered to touch up my makeup throughout the night (I was partying too hard to take her up on it though...lol). The Image Concierge, also know as, "the melanin matcher" does amazing work. She is professional and can accomplish any look. It was a pleasure to work with her on my make-up for my professional headshots. She earned the title "melanin matcher" because she can perfectly match your foundation. Heather was amazing! We did an assessment of current makeup, identified my needs and then we went shopping! Her enthusiasm really put me at ease and helped me feel confident. If you're looking for a flawless beat, look no further! I recently received makeup services from Image Concierge and I could not be more satisfied! Heather took the time to explain her process, discuss my expectations and even created swatches based on inspirational photos that I sent prior to my appointment. She displayed the highest level of professionalism and put my nerves at ease. Her studio was inviting, well organized and comfortable. It's apparent that Heather's number one priority is the comfort and satisfaction of her clients and boy did she deliver! Approximately 4 weeks ago, I called Image Concierge to book an appointment. Heather Campbell answerd my call. She was professional and courteous. it was easy to book my appointment on line. i traveled from Florida to Maryland to attend an event. The day before my scheduled event I received a confirmation email and on the day of my event, I received a call from Heather. Heather Saved me from a really bad make-up trial. I called her with only one month until my wedding and she SAVED THE DAY. She was always prepared and willing to listen to my input on how I wanted to look and how I wanted all of the ladies in my wedding party to look. I used The Image Concierge recently for my birthday brunch and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed the entire experience from the conversation, her chic studio, the good music and good conversation.  I contacted her maybe a few days before my event and she promptly responded and was even able to accommodate my timing preferences. What I loved most was that she gave me the EXACT look I wanted. When I saw the finished product, I thought to myself "she gets me!" I'm adding two photos of myself from that day. One was taken an hour or so after my appointment and the other was taken 14 HOURS LATER.  I was feeling myself and was very tempted to leave it on overnight so I could "wake up like this" for work the next day lol.
