I had achieved a lot in my career working in HR for other people. I thought it was time to set up my own business and help much smaller organisations who don't have the senior HR expertise that large organisations have. It is really satisfying to work with smaller businesses who value your support whether the HR service is provided internally via our insourcing or whether it is an outsourced service.

In 10 years we have built up a team of very professional HR (and associated services) people who love helping businesses and charities achieve their goals. We are practical and pragmatic and we understand the need for sensible business decisions. We work with you to ensure you understand what is required and find the right way to achieve your goals. We can provide most if not all of our services remotely. During the pandemic many of the activities that might have been conducted in person, such as consultation meetings, have been performed over zoom. We will continue to keep remote meetings as an option going forward. However, the in person meeting is important. We will work with clients to find the right mix for them.

Most of our activity has gone on-line. However, where in person meetings are required risk assessments and Covid secure measures are put in place to protect employers, employees and our team.
