Britt is amazing! I don't think I can sum up everything she has done for us.
Britt has spent a huge amount of time and effort, and continues to do so, to help find us a 'proper' holiday for our family with very challenging requirements.
She is incredibly easy to talk to, and has gone well beyond any of our expectations to find us a well needed family holiday.
Even though it is now all booked, she continues to communicate with us and the hotel, and look into future potential holidays for us.
The amount of time and stress Britt has saved me is invaluable. This would have all been so difficult to do on my own. I don't think I would be able to book a holiday without her now.

This company is THE BEST I’ve ever used!!!! Not only is Britt-Marie an amazing client and now friend, she has literally pulled out the stops, to make Als birthday and our trip to New York City, AMAZING!!!! Upgraded to king room!! A massive bag of goodies including wine, chocolate strawberry’s, popcorn and sweets, but 2 breakfasts in the morning, complimentary for Als birthday tomorrow!!!

I met Britt at a business development meeting a few months back and loved the way she spoke so passionately about helping people find and arrange their perfect holiday. Being a busy working mum to two very energetic little boys, with very little time to search for the best deal, I decided to call on Britt to help and honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. She listened to what we wanted, came back really quickly with a few options that really did tick all of the boxes, and we found our perfect holiday to Ibiza - AND at a Brillo t price! I did have to make amendments to our requirements and dates etc during the booking process and it was never too much for Britt - always responding really quickly and happy to help. She even got us all checked in too - one less thing for me to do!! We've just got back from our holiday and honestly, it was everything we could have wanted and more - the boys had an absolute blast too. We have just booked a holiday through Britt. Her service has been excellent - from spending loads of time listening to and helping us solidify our requirements, to providing a range of options based on her experience and also being willing to look into options we suggested. This will be our first overseas family holiday and Britt has used her personal and professional experience to guide us through this new adventure. She is even going to let us have packing tips for travelling with a toddler - she has everything in hand. She always replies to emails promptly and took our indecisiveness and changing parameters in her stride. She worked really hard to negotiate a price matched deal with one of her suppliers and I can honestly say she took the stress out of booking a holiday and so we were just left with the fun stuff. Her services go beyond just booking a holiday and she has already been in touch with the hotel to inform them of specific requirements during our stay. After trying to organise a wedding and move house at the same time we did not need the additional stress of trying to organise our honeymoon. Britt is so lovely and completely took control and took all the stress away from us. She has done a fantastic job giving up her weekend and evenings to ensure we got the best rate possible for our dream honeymoon! We can not thank her enough and we can not wait to get on that plane!

We have just booked our honeymoon through Britt and her service has been fantastic! With the wedding to organise and 2 small children to look after (amongst a house move and various other things! ) I had very little time and also not much of an idea what we were looking for. With the children accompanying us, we weren't looking for a 'traditional' honeymoon and wanted to make sure we had the right amount of luxury, along with plenty to do for the kids. I literally had no idea where to start! Britt has found us the most amazing looking place, with a fairly short flight, not too hot for the children and at a great price. I first met Britt when on holiday in Egypt.
Britt is fabulous, so personable and helpful and more importantly nothing was ever too much trouble for her. We got married in May and decided that we would go away for a cheeky break straight after the wedding but wanted to book something super special and memorable for our honeymoon. So we got Britt on the case, she send us many options and recommendations and we have now booked our trip to the Maldives next April. Her knowledge and expertise is superb and I would totally recommend you speak to Britt for any holidays you are looking to book. Britt has been amazing in every aspect of helping us book our wonderful honeymoon – we cannot wait to get away next year now.

I just had to leave this 5 star review as I have never met such a kind and thoughtful travel agent in all my life and believe me ive been to over 40 countries and never had such an easy, quick and cheap deal. Every one I've told about my holiday (it involves visiting 3 countries) can't believe what a great deal Britt has found for me. She is very knowledgeable about where and when is the best places to go. She listens to exactly what you want on your holiday and with me has come back with a holiday much better than I expected and was 2000 under my budget. I really cannot recommend her enough. She's also very very polite and easy to get on with. I know I've only spoke you you a few times Britt but you have made me and my kids so happy. We have just booked our Wedding/honeymoon in Mauritius with the lovely Britt after meeting her at a wedding fair a few months back. I honestly cannot recommend her enough. She was so patient with our initial indecisiveness and plan changes and has managed to find us an amazing deal in an absolutely beautiful location. Having gone to a number of high street travel agents for a price comparison, we were feeling very disheartened thinking there was no way Britt could come back with a better price - but she did! There is nothing more daunting that trying to book a holiday that both your child and husband will be happy with especially the overwhelming step of trying to book Disney World - Florida by yourself! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Britt is incredibly accommodating, helpful and most of all patient. On top of that she is so knowledgeable and caring. When our original honeymoon was having issues (due to the airline and hotel, nothing that Britt did) she worked tirelessly to try and fix the problems, and even offered to pay out of her own pocket to resolve the issue, because she cared about our experience that much. When the original plan couldn't be salvaged, she then came to us with alternative options and came with very original suggestions. It is rare you find that level of commitment and dedication, and as such we will be using her again and again for further holidays.

I've been in touch with Britt about a few holidays over the months and she has never been anything but helpful. For our latest holiday I'd already started the process and had forgotten to get in touch with Britt. .. when I remembered and did, Britt took all the pain out of the booking process for me, sorted all the details quickly and efficiently and got us quite a discount that we couldn't have negotiated ourselves too!
