I ordered a semi-naked cake for a friend's baby shower. Julie responded to my initial inquiry right away and was able to create a beautiful cake for the shower. Once again, Julie made an amazing cake for my mom's 94th birthday celebration. Â It was gorgeous and delicious! She always makes everything we've ever ordered so classy and special! I'm so happy I found Julie when I was looking for a cake vendor for my friends gender reveal party. I wanted a very simple and elegant design with an hombre pink filling (unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the filling) and it looked just beautiful on the dessert table! Julie is amazing. Her taste is refined and the quality and flavor of her cakes are second to none. My chocolate birthday cake was so delicious (other than beautiful) that I truly think I ate a third my myself. Next year I’ll ask for a gym membership as gift because there is no way I can refrain myself. � HoneyBee also made sun-shaped lemon sugar cookies for a yearly event we organize with my office. 200 a year and they disappear in a matter of minutes. I ordered a custom cake for a pre-wedding celebration and can confidently say it was one of the best things I've ever eaten. I gave very vague direction (I'm no chef) and Julie was able to run with the ideas and create a masterpiece that looked like it was delivered straight out of a cooking magazine. I could never have imagined that it would be so beautiful (we were almost sad to eat it...almost).Our group had tons of food-related activities planned for the weekend and the cake was the highlight. Hands down game over.All too often I've had pastries at events that look amazing but then fail the test test. This was absolutely not the case with The Honeybee cake.It was full of flavor (cookies and cream!) and the texture was flawless.We finished it yesterday and I was scraping the crumbs off the plate because it was THAT GOOD.I'm not normally a huge fan of sweets (I'm usually a fan of salt/cheese) but this cake was in a totally different category.I'll need to find another excuse for a cake soon. Not only is this cake beautiful, it was so delicious! I ordered the cake for a girlfriend's bridal shower. It was a major hit! Not one slice was left remaining. Wow! There is so much I could say but I will keep it straight to the point. Julie is the most talented Chef I have ever met, I mean she can bake and make literally anything you want. I have ordered, seen and tried multiple of her creations and there has not been a single one that haven't left me not wanting to get more. Seriously, be careful, this stuff is addicting!She is very conscious and extremely creative. Her design skills are out of this world, she treats these cakes like they are sculptures and everyone that I know that have tried her cakes, they also ended up trying to figure out what just happened in their mouths.Something that I also have noticed rom Julie, is that she cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile to add more of her own artistic touch sending an exquisite good vibe with all her creations. I couldn't have been happier with how my Honeybee cake turned out for my friends birthday last weekend! The owner listened to what I wanted and used her creative genius to design an absolutely unique and gorgeous cake for the bday girl. I gave her the main points of what I wanted and she took my idea and ran with it! The flavors were on point (caramel filling, toffee bits )and she added some delicious lemon bars on top of it that made for an overall great experience with Honeybee Baking! I contacted Julie with a request to make 300 sun sugar cookies for a corporate event. They were perfect! Each cookie was the size of my palm with icing done by hand. They were delivered on time.
