In portraiture, the secret is connecting with my subject. A key factor is creating a relaxed, trusting atmosphere. This brings out the best in people.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Running through the brief together allows us to establish:
-What the client hopes to gain from the session; what are the client's expectations?
-The date, location, theme and budget
-Any must-haves or must-avoids.
-Image rights and usage, and final presentation
What do you love most about your job?
All of it! From the technical aspect to capturing people in a graceful light, I enjoy taking pride in my work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My passion for capturing the nuances in people. I love painting with light, crafting each shot. This is where my work thrives and speaks for itself.
