Love working with the Ladies at The Hidden Garden!  At my previous job, they supplied all of the office's flower arrangements--which were always well balanced (in color and shape) and of high quality.  When I needed an arrangement to send to a friend, I did not hesitate to reach out to The Hidden Garden.  They were able to personalize an arrangement for me (and were SUPER patient when I got picky!), and get it to the recipient the same day.  The arrangements are lovely and unique.  I highly recommend reaching out to them on any occasion! This is my bridal bouquet. My preference is rather abstract that I only know that I want a bouquet tat is not all in the same red. And they did a great job! It was a blind decision to me. I didn't know what I would get until the day I picked it up. And I love it! It is what I want and I can see they worked into details. This is a neighborhood gem and I had never been inside.  I needed a vase for a teacher for teacher appreciation week.  I walked in and was immediately helped by the sweetest lady. ..Kathy.  Not sure how she spells her name but she said Kathy.  So sweet and so kind.  The shop smell as you can imagine was delicious.  There were so many different floral arrangements and so many choices for vases and containers.  I got a beautiful vase and the next time I need flowers, I will be back.  Thank you! The HIdden Garden did a fantastic job with my order. It was delivered only 16 hours after I ordered it, and it matched the photo nearly exactly. I won a gift certificate from a YMCA booster Club dinner and one of the prizes was a certificate from the Hidden Garden. I placed my order on a Wednesday and the girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful. I drove today from granada Hills in valley to LA to pick up my flowers and was not disappointed! Ordering flowers online from a new place is always a little nerve-racking. In the past, I've accidentally sent some hideous arrangements because I couldn't see them beforehand. Not the case here! Here, they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever purchased. Compliments were given by everyone in the office. The Hidden Garden Floral Designs has been my go-to place for the last three arrangements I've needed to order for clients of my boss. Laura has always been so pleasant and provides the best customer service!! She even sends photos of the completed arrangement before its sent out for delivery if requested!! 4th quarter scramble looking for a flower shop that would deliver and present beautiful arrangements for my mothers birthday party. I won't bore you with why the first flower shop I selected flaked and didn't follow through our original agreement. I was able to deal directly with the GM, Taylor at Hidden Gardens and she was a breathe of fresh air especially in a last minute bind. Not the cheapest flower shop, but I will never sacrifice price for quality again. Taylor and the gang were able to deliver last minute to my Mom's surprise birthday party and the arrangements were stunning. High end floral shop, professional and lovely staff. Absolutely beautiful work, great service, and convenient West LA location. I contacted The Hidden Garden Florist because a wedding planner friend had recommended them. I needed a bouquet for a bridal gown shoot i was doing in less than a week. Laura replied almost immediately with a quote, which I said was a little high and asked if thy could do $50 lower. Yesterday I came into the shop last minute expecting to buy a few flowers to make my own  crown for a performance later that night. While I was explaining what I wanted to make, Naz  whipped together a crown that was 10x more beautiful than anything I could have made on my own. She stopped what she was doing, looked at a picture of my dress and made the perfect accent piece while she chatted with me, even though the shop was really busy with holiday orders.
