My partner and I visited Retford for the charter day in our little classic car, as the closest place we sat inside for a cocktail and coffee the staff was welcoming and talkative and we sat in there for hours (usually get bored after 20minutes) We will be back for a full night of drinks and food in the future

Just been for drinks The staff was amazing Had a pint which was on the flat side They changed it immediately and could be more apologetic Brought it to our table and ask the rest of the guest if their drinks was ok That’s what I call a first class service Thanks for making it an enjoyable evening

I wanted to leave a review after reading some negatives ones... I’ve been numerous times mainly for drinks but have eaten also. Going for lunch today actually too! I’ve always found the staff polite and helpful, I don’t want checking on every 5 mins as I like to enjoy my food, drinks, company. Maybe these other reviewers do! If u order cocktails they may take a while but I’m happy to wait as I love a good cocktail and they are amazing here, shame I’ll be driving today! I don’t go out often but when I do I always pop in for at least 1 drink as I think this type of place is a refreshing change for this town. Thank you, keep up the good work and cocktails � More...

Visited The Herbalist Hotel last night ( The White Hart Hotel ) to me and our family because my Grand Parents Harold and Rose Adams used to have the White Hart where we grew up as kids, we lived there for 8 years so it's very much in our � hearts. Enjoyed our visit, thought the decor was very well done. Loved the staff they looked amazing in their uniforms. The little dinning room was gorgeous.
