Dr Hashim actually LISTENS to you, I know that's hard to believe in world of "Dr's" these days but it's true! I was so happy you told me that you will be offering this (once it passes) at my appointment today. I think alcohol is way worse than weed (and it certainly doesn't help you like weed can) and yet alcohol has been legal for decades! I am so glad adults and children are being given the opportunity to have access for their particular situations. There are too many cases to say low THC does not work. Let's all support this movement and finally get it legal so no one has to be incarcerated for using marijuana for pain relief, tremors, seizures, etc., etc., etc.! Let's face it, ask yourself if you were in one of these situations and you had to risk being incarcerated would you want to stay in a state that does not support low THC and marijuana use? My name is David I am a US Army Veteran and retired Law enforcement officer. I have been living in pain for two years not able to do the daily things we take for granted. My pain level would range from 7-10. My pain level today is 2 I can't believe it. I have qualified by the Florida department of health, office of Compassionate to use low level THC (CBD) to control the pain. Doctor Hasim issued me a order and I had it filled and delivered by Trulieve dispencery. My goal is to stop taking hydrocoden. Hydrocoden didn't take away the pain it just took the edge off. Today Doctor Hasim has started to reduce my intake of hydrocoden little at a time. This is new to me, so I will answer any questions regards to my experiences so far with CBD. I took my father to see Dr. Hashim when the numerous Alzheimer and pain medications he was on had taken away his quality of life. As a result of the Alzheimer’s and chronic pain from a traumatic amputation years ago he had been prescribed opioids, antipsychotics, and numerous other medications which left him completely “out of it”. He was agitated, emotional and depressed. I am happy to say that with the help of Dr. Hashim he has now been off of all medications for approximately 6 months and is only taking medicinal marijuana. As a professional personal trainer and bodybuilder, that seriously weight trained over the last 4 decades, I’ve had to endure 7 major orthopedic surgeries over the years. Even after those operations, I still was living in chronic pain. The only solution my doctors had at that point was to send me to pain management. My pain management specialist had me on 60mg OxyContin 2x a day along with many other meds. Taking those medications went against all of my ethics as a career heath and fitness specialist. Even with taking all of those medications I was barely getting through the days. I knew I had to make a change, I still had pain and ultimately knew the meds I was on were NOT good for my body.

I did research on alternative pain therapy physicians that used a more holistic approach to pain management. I was so fortunate to find Dr. Mark Hashim.

After getting in and consulting with Dr. Hashim about the benefits of medical marijuana in just a 3 month period completely off of Oxycontin. I suffer with more than a half a dozen chronic illnesses including PSTD and Dr Hashim has helped me emencly to decrease my pain and anxiety with the legal use of medical marijuana. His staff has helped to walk me through the legal process of applying for my compassionate use card and recommended the correct dosage of THC for my conditions. I originally met Dr Hashim through my mother who was suffering from pancreatic cancer. The MM actually decreased her tumor markers when chemo and all else failed. She did eventually pass but the MM definitely helped ease her pain and anxiety and assisted her transition. I'm deeply grateful for Dr Hashim and his dedicated office workers. More...
