Having searched on line for a Dyson service/repair person I came across this company. It was easy to book an appointment online, and there were plenty of time slots to suit the customer, without having to wait weeks on end. Phil arrived on time and was polite, friendly, and professional. He was experienced and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly upfront, including potential costs. There were very convenient time slots clearly focussed on what would suit the customer. Phil arrived on time and was extremely personable and professional. On website and via telephone, the services offered, including costs, were very clearly explained. Had a vacuum that just wasn't "picking up". Phil came out at time agreed, found the problems and fixed them on site with spare parts. We had Phil out to repair our Dyson. I was most impressed with his knowledge of the hoover and how quickly he stripped it down and identified the fault. As the Dyson was 11 years old, his suggestion to replace the 3 main mechanical parts made perfect sense and so here we are now with effectively a brand new machine for a fraction of the price of a new one!
