BIGGEST SCAM- DO NOT USE BEWARE
this is possibly the worst cleaning company I have ever experienced. They sent 4 cleaners which have left the apartment in absolutely the same state it was in when given for an end of tenancy clean (filthy). this company is stealing people money, DONOT use even by mistake- this is a big SCAM. paid 500pounds upfront for a end of tenancy clean and when went to inspect the apartment it was still absolutely filthy. and although we informed them to call us 30mins before to come and inspect before they leave- they NEVER did this cos they are a Fraud company. any good cleaning company would provide the service promised and on their website they say a lot of things but do NOT be fooled this is a SCAM. completely unprofessional and when I called for a refund or some solution they said that I have to wait until someone replies back to my emails as their customer care does not operate my phone. surprising how while it came to booking the clean and robbing money of clients then they operate by phone but their after care service they only operate via email. this has been an extremely distrubing experience and extremely unprofessional company.

BEWARE: After I wrote this review, to my absolute SHOCK the employees of Happy House turned up to my flat unnanounced without any prior notice. I was not present but spoke to them on the phone and they said they were the cleaners from yesterday- I asked why they have come to the apartment without informing me as it's a HUGE SECURITY BREACH. the man started asking me "what is wrong with our cleaning, show me what is not clean" thats when I shouted at them and told them to leave the apartment as they had just landed up with no notice from the company. I found this extremely unprofessional and strange. When I called/emailed the company to inform them what happened they said they had no idea their employees had showed up which was extremely wierd as big security issue if you cant control your own employees actions. I told them what happened and they kept insisting they will send a team to RE-CLEAN the areas which I claim have not been cleaned properly. I explained that the ENTIRE apartment had not been cleaned properly. they kept insisting that I send them pictures of the area that have not been cleaned. I told them I already sent them few pictures as proof that the apartment was filthy dirty however they kept insisting for me to "send them all pictures of the areas that need to be recleaned! " How can I send them pictures of the whole apartment?? that will take an entire day?? I explained this to them but they were rude and adamant and kept arguing about sending a team to reclean "only the areas not clean". I definitely think this is a FRAUD and SCAM company. the people that came were probably not cleaners as the whole apartment was filthy. please find pictures attached. the apartment had dirt, dust and finger prints all over. Me and my girlfriend had to move houses, so we booked End of Tenancy cleaning. Our landlord recommended this company. We were very happy as they work fast, the prices are reasonable and the results are excellent!

My son dropped hot chocolate on the carpet and we had to treat it urgently. Happy house came within hours and did the job properly. No stains left!!!

I was stunned by the professionalism of the team that performed my End of Tenancy cleaning! Highly recommend! The landlord is impressed!

Dishonest company and terrible service.

If zero stars was possible they would receive that. This is honestly a complete scam. We paid £225 for a deep clean of our flat, not an end of tenancy clean. In advance we prepared the flat for the clean in line with the confirmed state it was required to be in. We were told the team would need at minimum 3 hours of time to deep clean the flat.

The state of the flat when they left after less than 2 hours was honestly abysmal. The so called "check list" provided wasn't close to done. The floors weren't cleaned, they spilled water all over a rug, soaking it, the toilet wasn't cleaned, neither was the bath or any form of dusting.

When I complained I was told that they would come and reclean the flat or have a £40 refund. Neither my partner or myself had any faith that they would be able to rectify the work they did. When I stated this wasn;t a satisfactory resolution they said the the flat wasn't in a state to be cleaned, and that the cleaners shouldn't be moving items. I didn't realise this extentded to bars of soaps or small picture frames on surfaces as it was almost comical the extent with which they sprayed around birthday cards and toileteries. More...

Paid for a full deep clean including garden, kitchen appliances & steam cleaning. Quoted from their website: “thorough top-to-bottom deep cleaning service for your home … With our high standards, reasonable prices and special offers you get excellent value for your money”. Unfortunately they failed to deep clean, barely a quick clean, very disappointed as paid lot of money. The only positive I can say is they arrived on time. The issues I had are too many, here are some:
Blinds left dusty in every room
Bathroom & mirrors smeary – cleaner said she had new cloths so not drying properly!
Oven liner in oven thrown out – they said it was too dirty to clean, just sheer laziness, I retrieved from bin and cleaned myself and put back in oven
Oven door, they didn’t remove the glass door to clean inside the glass
Hall bench not cleaned
Under the bed not hoovered, not washed
Had to ask them to put the fridge shelves back into the fridge, they said they couldn’t remember how to put it back!
Didn’t have proper cleaning products, when I asked what are you cleaning kitchen with she said Viakal!
One staff member was old lady, the other younger person called her Nan.

A complete rip-off! Id advise anyone interested in a cleaning service to look elsewhere. We paid £300 for their ‘end of tenancy clean’ and it was beyond terrible.

On the day of the clean, after being messed around with timings, they arrived over 1 hour early whilst we were still packing, the clean itself was highly unsatisfactory and our landlord requested a reclean and also thought we had been hard done by.

I contacted the service to see what they could do about the: dirty toilets, stained bathroom walls and stained floor that they had left uncleaned, I was initially told that the dirty areas were due to ‘permanent damage’ that could not be cleaned, though they were in a perfect state just a few months ago, they offered a £15 refund, which I initially thought was either a joke or a typo, after getting back to them they then offered me a full priced reclean, which I suppose was to clean the ‘uncleanable damaged areas’?

It’s apparent this is another company that is out to take advantage of tenants, I hope no one uses this service and falls victim like we did. More...

We decided to rely on this company for our end of tenancy cleaning. One of the biggest mistake ever! At the end of the cleaning a device plugged in the socket was missing, the cleaning was average and the day after we have found our cleaning products, left in the house to clean the last bit, empty and in the rubbish, so not very honest when they say they will use their professional products. They will if they don't find yours, in that case they will use whatever they can get.
We have also left some brand new cleaning film for the new tenants and it disappeared, we couldn't even find it in the bin.
Obviously our landlord deducted some money from our deposit for the device missing, after an endless exchange of emails with the customer service, where they were keep asking for picture of the missing item that has been stolen. Obviously I was thinking to hire a professional company and to not need to take pictures of everything to be sure nothing was missing at the end of the cleaning. At the end nothing has been sorted, we have just been told that is unfair to ask for a refund for the missing device (30£) over a total expense of more than 150£ since they don't have proof. I just had the most wonderful cleaning lady ever. She was brilliant and today was my very first cleaning with her. We have an ongoing Regular service. I used to have another cleaning lady from Happy House, but she retired. Luckily I ended with another perfect match. Strongly recommend! More...

I was so happy with the cleaning of my Oven before the holidays, the team did a wonderful job with it! Highly recommend them!

if you read the positive review, you will know they are probably fake. Read the "Bad" reviews! This company is very much cheating. For a 4-bed house deep clean we paid £626. They sent a team of 3, 2 of them dont know how to clean, left so many corners uncleaned, they dont look like trained. They got a tiny hoover and a small carpet cleaner, and label themselves professional deep clean service. I am going to report to Trading Standard.
