We were recommended to use the Handy Ninja by Tonsley Property Services, another local company. Glenn from the H N came round to quote for a number of smallish jobs. He was open about what he or his team would do, what would be better value for me to do myself (I said I don't mind a bit of DiY) and what would be better getting in specialist contractors for. He was super helpful throughout, for example I could collect my house keys from him on a Sunday morning, and when we wanted a job hurried in advance of a viewing we had with potential buyers of our house, he rearranged things to come in time the next morning.Work was of decent quality too. Having been let down by a number of builders and maintenance companies (either by them simply not turning up or, worse still, turning up and providing substandard work) I decided the solution was to tackle the work myself.
On finally conceding this was not the solution I, by chance, saw Glenn's van parked outside my flat and gave him a call.
He was punctual, personable, professional and trustworthy. In a couple of hours he effortlessly and expertly sorted all of the various and diverse tasks, both big and small, that had caused me much time and serious frustration.

I LOVE problem solving. I enjoy a good challenge and coming up with the solutions to various problems.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The Handy Ninja has been a Maintenance Engineer for over a decade now. Originally the Ninja had a maintenance company in Australia but moved to the UK about 3 years ago. For the last 2 years, he has been running a maintenance company in South London which comprised of over a dozen staff, several vehicles, an office an endless amount of stress.
After getting married to Mrs Ninja, and a wonderful honeymoon which followed, it occurred to the Handy Ninja that life is too short to stress all day everyday running a company in the hope of making millions. He decided to simplify things and go solo. Focusing on his clients with a more personal approach, dedicating his time to quality rather than quantity and living a happier life.
