Our company offers private cookery schools to celebrate any occassion.
In addition to the cookery school our Chef offers a private dining service with a menu created and tailored individually to cater to personal likes and dislikes as well as taking into consideration all allergies and intolerances.

We are the Cookery/Produce Group which is a sub group of the Milford on Sea W.I. We wanted to celebrate Christmas in a different way this year. Previously we have enjoyed meals at local hotels/eateries. But this year Christian agreed to host our 16 ladies to a three course sumptuous meal at his Cookery School. It was a resounding success, especially as we were his guinea pigs for such an occasion. We had choices which were determined before the event and the whole lunch was just superb. My family and I spent a relaxed and informative day with Christian to celebrate my 70th birthday. Christian was excellent and good at coping with the different level of cooking abilility among the group.

Christian provided the catering for our Wedding Breakfast at a private house we hired for the weekend and the food and service was absolutely incredible. Jo and Christian worked with us to create the ideal Menu and what they managed to produce and serve to 35 people on the day, was amazing. All 3 courses were delicious and beautifully presented and the waiting staff they brought along to help serve us throughout the meal were extremely polite and professional. We are so happy we chose The Granary Kitchen for our Wedding and have been so impressed with everything. We received lots of positive comments about the food and service from our guests and we all agreed it was probably the best Wedding Breakfast menu we had ever tasted. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We discuss with our clients from initial contact their likes, dislikes and what they want the meal to be like. We then create and adapt the menu to ensure that it is a perfect fit for the occassion.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Using all the local or home grown produce and creating exciting menus and sharing this with others.

Christian is an independant chef and works on his own with a good of waiting staff behind him to ensure that you do not have to lift a finger during your event. Our prices reflect the high quality of produce, ingredients, cooking flare and calibre of staff that we provide.
