Terrible, awful service. The Doctor didn't show up. I still got charged. Their customer service was rude and arrogant when I called up to ask for my money back.
in my opinion this is not trustworthy.
I can see that other people have had the same experience one reviewer said
'I spent £35, Dr. Helen Morgan was the doctor, she didn't attend the appointment so i just sat in silence. thegpservice do not believe me.'

Absolutely Brilliant service!. Booked an appointment online and picked up my prescription in 30 mins! I don't think I'll ever wait for my GP to give me an appointment again !!

The Clinical team were very supportive to my needs. The video consult was quick and easy and I did it all on my phone. I had no waiting around to be seen and then had my medication delivered within the hour!
