I truly can not say enough good things about this place! This place is Awesome... the staff and Management are GREAT! They listen to your needs and do whatever they can to make you better. I have been going to this location for a few months now and I am extremely pleased with my decision. Charlie is my masseuse and is helping me recover from a pinched nerve in my neck. Great place. I come here only a few times out of the year and I've never had a bad experience or massage. Recently, I've had this weird tension around my shoulder and Cheryl really helped relieve it! Wonderful atmosphere and lovely people at every encounter. Calming from the moment you walk in, and nice location. JoAnn made me feel super comfortable given this was my first massage ever, and did a great job explaining everything. I especially appreciated her listening skills and how she invested in understanding what I needed, but also made sure that I understood how what she was doing would help me. Really love the updates to this business.The treatment room that one shared the small wall of reception is now the waiting area. Great change as it is a smaller room providing coziness and no noise from check in area whilst getting a massage.The once large waiting area is now a couples treatment room that is a great space for 4 people to be in.Love the options of practitioners who are employed by the business. My partner recently booked a 90 minute massage here for me for my birthday. Nicole was my masseuse and asked where my problem areas were and really focused on them. The enhancements are a must have if you're going to book a massage here! The hand and foot scrub were magical. The scalp rub was really the icing on the cake! Good Life is amazing! My mom and I love coming here for "couple's" massages as we can spend time together and work on physical tension/soreness too. I came here with my husband for a 90 min couples massage with Tina & Shaila.. & we both agree that it was by far one of the best massages we've ever had! ! We left feeling soo happy & relaxed!! I've been having shoulder & lower back pains from toting my toddler around, so I had Tina focus the massage on those areas - & I left with my muscles feeling so good!! Charlie is the best. I've had one massage and have another coming up. I did have An awkward time trying to schedule my second  appt (that's why 4 Stars) with him talking to either another masseuse or a front desk person they didn't seem to really have good communication skills but that's easily overlooked with the quality of massage .

My wife and I have been in for a number of couples massages over the past few years, the staff are excellent. On time, courteous, thoughtful and effective. In fact, even though we both have seen a number of different masseuses working their at different times depending on scheduling, we never left The Good Life feeling unsatisfied. I just recently won a four hands massage package for fathers day here, it was an incredible gift to say the least. The combination of lower and upper body massage in tandem can get pretty intense, in an invigorating sense, and you leave feeling like you got a total body massage for two hours in the time it takes for one. I have been having back/shoulder issues due to my job.I was having trouble finding a place to get massage as normally they are closed on Monday's. I recently had a 90-minute massage with Amy at Good Life Massage in Renton and I just had to write a review of my experience. As a 60+ woman I've had a wide experience with different massage therapists and Amy ranks right up there with the best of the best!Not only does she obviously have a deep knowledge of human physiology, but she has that all-important sensibility about "listening" to the body so that she can respond to everything just right. Her touch is very warm and strong and you feel completely taken care of under her down-to-earth approach. The environment is welcoming and everything seems very clean and thoughtfully set up. I had a massage with Kylee this morning which was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had. I was in desperate need of fixing my shoulder pain and was in a time crunch cause I was about to head off on a long haul flight. Kylee really took the time to listen to my concerns and where my pain was and she catered the massage to focus on what needed to be worked. I really appreciated this kind of care and attention The ease of being able to book online and get an appointment quickly is what drew me to this place, even though I am not in the Renton area. Hands down the best massage I have ever received! And I've been getting massage for a decade! Highly recommend Tianna - she listens and truly "tuned in" to my body. I experienced "unwinding" for the first time - she was able to release a knot in my fascia around my shoulder which has been locking my hand - my fingers started twitching and I felt an energy release throughout my entire body. This is one of the best kept secrets in Renton! Humble, clean facility right behind Renton high school. I've had prenatal and regular massages here and they have all been fantastic. Last night I had Tianna and she was great! She did a really soothing face and scalp massage, totally relaxing. I don't think I've ever had my ears massaged! She also brushed off any negative energy on my body at the end. You can tell she cares about her clients. I'll definitely book with her again. They also sell yummy homemade soaps and essential oils.
