Wonderful service, excellent coffee, genuinely good food. Well worth a visit in either their Serpentine flagship store, or their lovely shop on George's St. Try their sausage rolls.

I go to this place every day, usually 3 times a day. Cant imagine what I did without it! The tastiest food in Dublin, especially the soups, hot pots and salads and dangerously delicious sausage rolls. On a Sunday you can sit outside and read the papers in the sunshine, the staff are the sweetest and most witty you will find anywhere and also very cute. They do almond mocchacino s. The Good Food Store catered for a party in my house on Saturday night. The food was amazing! Chicken Laksa and Lamb Tagine, both served with rice and a selection of breads. The guests really loved the food! Proper portion size, great fresh flavour and delivered at the time they said it would. I would highly recommend The Good Food Store for catering.
I am also a regular visitor to the Georges Street shop and the staff are so friendly and efficient. Well done guys. Keep it up! More...

I have to write and give high praise and many thanks to your employee Caroline. My bag was stolen yesterday while I was in the store. Excellent video footage was caught on the cctv and the crime was reported to the guards. I was still sitting in the store an hour later, when the same man came in looking around for another bag to take. Caroline immediately recognised him and confronted him. He ran out the door and down the street with Caroline running after him shouting for the Guards. Eventually a guard stepped out and caught him on Wicklow St. When he was searched my phone and ID card were found. Without Carolines keen observation, quick thinking and absolute perseverance and determination to catch him, my phone and id card would not have been returned to me. It was very impressive. I was walking by this morning the 3rd of april i was running late for a meeting but i was very hungry i asked the girls how much the sauceage rolls were she didnt understand english so she wrapped one up and put it in a bag i didnt wanna be rude also i was running late so didnt have time i told the girl at the till x1 sauceage roll i handed her €20 note i didnt take too much notice of the change put it in my pocket and ran to my horror a few hours later i discovered i was charged €4. 80 for one measly sauceage roll if i had have had the time to check my change i would have reconsidered going humgry for a few more hours what an absolute joke the absolute cheek of any company big or small to charge €4.80 for a sauceage roll needlesa to say you lost a customer and to anyone thinking or going in you better have deep pockets and if your looking for value for money this isnt the place for you rip off city More...
