This company has a large turnover of employees mostly due to lack of leadership, training and support. You are immediately thrown into the workload for numerous clients without guidance or training from the lead client controller with whom you are suppose to ask questions. She goes out of her way to throw you under the bus for her incompetence. Her lack of pride in her work reflects on the client’s Financials. The owner backs her up on anything she says which makes the employee look bad and in turn causes unwarranted termination of employment no matter how much experience that employee has in the accounting field. I would not recommend working at this unprofessional company unless you are looking for short term employment. More...

Dear Anonymous, our hiring process is rigorous and challenging due to our overarching concern for delivering a quality product. We take very seriously our clients trust in us. Therefore, any employee who works for us must exhibit potential for excellence in our four Core Values within the first 30 days. Those four values are communication, speed, accuracy and security. Apart from college associates graduating out, we have not had an employee leave in almost 2 years. We are only 5 years old as a firm. We consider everyone who has worked for us, even for a short time, to be part of the family. We treat people well on the way out, even paying them more than they are owed.
