DO NOT USE! I used this company for a memorial bench for my mum when she passed, they have no compassion at all and ignore emails, their delivery drivers cnt speak English (this ended up with them walking dog mess through the house), they said they would give me a partial refund for cleaning carpet to then hear nothing and when I emailed they said actually no, they needed to valet van! ! I had to chase delivery as well as other stuff which just added to the hassle. Awful customer service and the director ignored my email too! I would advise to steer clear of this shambles company! Lots of selection of garden furniture available. We got a teak table over a year ago and still in amazing condition. Staff are very helpful when you can get hold of them on the phone. We purchased the Bari sofa set (2 and 3 seater) from the garden furniture centre in September 18. We found them so very helpful on the phone and also when we visited their showroom to inspect prior to purchasing. They delivered exactly when they said that they would, the delivery team were very helpful and polite. We found a minor problem with one of the sofas a few weeks later, without any questions they replaced it within a few days. We purchased an outdoor furniture set at the Countrylife show in a marine type finish. Two glasses of wine helped with the transaction! It was agreed that delivery would be on the Tuesday following the event. I was a little worried as we knew nothing about the company so researched after the show, looked into the fabric and was relieved to find its a top quality commercial product. On the Tuesday everything was delivered efficiently by a friendly courier crew. The furniture is outstanding and we are very happy with it. hi iv been a customer off the garden furniture centre ltd for about 3 years now an it never fails to impress me, iv bought some lovley furniture from here and its all been great stuff, i have never had 1 problem with this shop, very friendly staff to go with it aswell also very helpful, i dont have 1 bad thing to say about them, i will never go anywere else for my furniture now as its that good, i give it 5 stars as there perfect, can not wait for my next purchase, also the prices are great in the shop, i reccomend anyone who wants furniture to go here, they wont be dissapointed and will thank me later :)
