What’s your signature dish?
Our lamb and mint burgers are very popular. Served with rocket and a yoghurt & cucumber dressing in a brioche bun.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
As we pride ourselves on making as much as we can homemade we are very adaptable. We discuss any preferences with the client and create the best menu possible based on desired cuisine, allergies/requirements and budget.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing our passion for great food and receiving positive feedback from people. Meeting new people and helping host excellent events. Being part of peoples celebrations is always exciting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With my Grandfather passing away due to cancer and myself being diagnosed at 22, I did a lot of research into how cancer has become such an epidemic. All roads led to one thing; diet. The human race has moved so far away from the traditional diet and everything is so GM and mass produced with various chemicals now, so I endeavour to provide people with the best quality food at affordable prices.
