Christine is pure genius! And her staff is so wonderful! She puts so much detail and fresh ingredients into her menu that I barely have words, let's just say that 'wedding catering' isn't typical with Bonne Bouche, you're truly treating your guests to an amazing meal! We had Foodlums for our wedding in June of 2016 and I would recommend them to anyone. Tim was easy to work with and helped with setting a menu that would accommodate our dietary restrictions (we had vegetarians, vegans, and people who are gluten-free). We had many compliments on the food from our guests. Seriously, the Mac and Cheese was a huge hit! The staff were very friendly and helpful on the wedding day and accommodating to the rain. My wife Jenn and I hired Foodlum to cater our wedding on August 18th. The food was delicious. Everyone was raving about the Mac and cheese as well as the scalloped potatoes. We also had the smoked brisket and the lemon rosemary chicken which were both big hits. The BBQ sauce that went on top of the brisket was fantastic. Reminded me of the my time spent down in the southern US. The only small issue we had were some communication errors regarding our menu. We had originally asked Tim if he could do a poutine bar for our midnight snack and he said that wouldn’t be a problem. It was then about 2 weeks before the wedding when he told us he couldn’t do that and he thought we asked for Mac and cheese and not a poutine bar. This was the only real issue we had but other than that the service was great and the food was amazing. We would highly recommend! More...
