John seemed not just a flying doctor but an angel in disguise! Not only did he arrive promptly within hours of my computer death (in fact rumours of its death were greatly exaggerated) but efficiently, quickly and confidently restored it to life. He also gave expert explanations as he went along, perfectly designed to be understandable to the less computer literate brain (i.e. mine) and taught me things that had previously seemed inexplicable. His follow-up care has been excellent, making sure that all is well. And his rates are very reasonable. He came highly recommended to me in my hour of need from a friend who has gratefully used his services for a while, and I'm now spreading the word too! More...
