Always good to hear feed back from a bride; this was a wedding that i did in April,- 'We met Katherine at a wedding fare, and after being impressed by her display flowers we had an initial meeting. Katherine was happy to travel to us and provided lots of ideas and books of different flowers, which was really helpful, given we wasn't sure what we wanted initially! Once decided Katherine provided a quote and also beautiful hand painted designs which she sent to us in the post so that we could visualise what the table flowers would look like, We thought this was such a lovely touch. The flowers on the day looked absolutely amazing and we had lots of lovely complements. Kathy did flowers for my wedding and from the first day we met to discuss she made the process effortless. The flowers were stunning and my flower girl basket was amazing. I also had bouquets as thank you presents which were beautiful. The flowers also lasted for a few weeks after so clearly are good quality when bought. I highly recommend the flower designer. I had Katherine as our florist for my wedding, she is friendly and caring. She was always there for advice and is brillant at what she does. Level of service was beyond excellent, went beyond to put together the best flowers and beautiful I must say. Katherine made us feel so welcoming and at ease at all of the florist planning. Katherine is brilliant with flowers. We spoke to several suppliers but Katherine had the best ideas for our vision. Whilst other suppliers found our colour scheme and choice of flowers hard to work with, Katherine took it all in her stride. All our wedding flowers were just beautiful. Some guests initially questioned if the flowers were real given they looked so perfect and they had not seen roses that colour before!She is creative, mindful of what you want, trustworthy and will create wonderful, bespoke flowers for your special day. Katherine did an amazing job for us. From the start when we went to see her she was so professional and helpful, as I am someone who knows little about flowers but I knew what colour scheme I wanted. She had lots of books and samples for us to look at and took her time explaining which type of flower would work the best with the colour scheme.On the day they looked beautiful, exactly what we wanted. Katherine did all the table settings and ceremony table for us and came back the next day to put the centrepieces in holders for us to take home. Katherine who runs The Flower Designer was amazing. Origionally I was going to use a shop for my wedding flowers, but Katherine was recommended to me as an independent flower designer and I am so glad we chose her. She was highly professional but also extremely friendly, inviting us to her home for a consultation. Me and my now husband have no idea about flowers and she expertly talked us through our different options helping us come to a decision. Reasonably priced and extremely flexible, with a personal touch a shop just couldnt give. An then there was the flowers themselves, they were beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
