We used the flower cottage for our wedding this past February and I was blown away by how perfect everything was. From the initial meeting, Kevin and Nancy were both very knowledgeable, informative, and offered so many ideas to make our flowers as gorgeous as they were. They even let me come in to see some color variations of the flowers as they didn’t have the exact color there on my first visit. They were always very responsive and timely throughout the whole process. When I walked into the reception I couldn’t believe how stunning everything was! Ordered birthday flowers for an elderly aunt who lives in the neighborhood. Expressed to the shop that she might be hard to get ahold of. They were nice on the phone and said that it would not be a problem. Well.....it was a problem!!!! She was never home or called them back to let them know when she would be home. They attempted delivery 3 times and left a note on the door each time. They were not deterred. They very kindly sent me text messages (I work nights and told them, so they didn't want to risk calling and waking me) letting me know of the status of the order. Finally, my husband got a hold of her and knew she was home, we called the shop less than an hour before closing time and they had the flowers delivered within 10 minutes of our call!!! The customer service all-around was impeccable! I did not see the bouquet they sent, but my husband did and said it was beautiful and that she loved them. Thanks again Flower Cottage. Shop Local!!!! I have ordered from The Flower Cottage for years. Way back when NAPA was on 35th and Normal back in the 70's. I have never been disappointed. You really get a beautiful arrangement for your money. Once you order from them, you'll never order from anyone else! I just ordered an arrangement for my daughter's 50th birthday. It was delivered at her work after 3:00pm per my instructions. Kevin did an outstanding job for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding. He provided guidance as my daughter chose the flowers and the arrangements she wanted. He listened to her ideas, and then made suggestions. He helped choose flowers to match the colors in her wedding party.
