The Flower Cottage took care of my special celebration of life request! Instead of an easy delivery to a funeral home, I needed flowers delivered to the Masonic Temple in Morgan Hill. The team here was excellent! During my consultation with them, the owner Jerry, came up with a mock Bouquet with some flowers he had on hand to show me some examples. I was very happy with my initial meeting with them and was pleasantly surprised by the time they had to go over everything. I never felt rushed or like I had to have everything figured out before I came in. All of the flowers for my wedding were amazing and I was so happy with my bridal bouquet! We choose to use The Flower Cottage to provide our wedding flowers and I'm SO glad we did! Without a lot of guidance from us they were able to assemble gorgeous bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and centerpieces. We were thrilled with the end result. Absolutely phenomenal!!!I walked in one day to order a bouquet for my neighbor, for the one year anniversary of the passing of her beloved dog. I wanted it to be gorgeous and grand, but didn't know exactly what I was looking for. Called in a last minute order for my teenager's girlfriend for Homecoming proposal that night. All I knew was that he wanted 2 red roses in the bouquet. I just said to add in some filler and use the school colors for the ribbon and that I trusted them to make it look pretty. Jerry is amazing! I went to meet with him after going to another wedding florist. The experience I had with Jerry was hands down the best experience I have had. I wasn't sure what I wanted, but had a little bit of an idea. I told him what I was looking for and he was able to pull my ideas together to create a gorgeous wedding bouquet for me. He even ran to the back and made me a quick sample bouquet for the bridesmaids. His service was excellent. I had picked a colored rose to match my bridesmaid dresses, but was unsure if it would match. When the roses arrived at the shop, Jerry and his team emailed me photos to make sure that they would work. I was so impressed with how much he wanted to make sure everything would be right for the wedding. The flowers did not match, and they were very accommodating to make the changes for me to another colored rose. On the day of the wedding, Jerry delivered all the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to my hotel. He arrived early! The flowers all turned out beautiful. Had flowers delivered to Odeum Resturant next door from The Flower Cottage. The phrase "Photos do not do these flowers justice" is very true in my case. If you are a man taking your wife to dinner at Odeum, this would be a great suprise for your wife and brownie points for you. If you let the resturant know what your plan is, they will make sure to accommodate your big suprise. Everyone in the restaurant complimented me on a job well done. My advice for you would be to make your reservations well in advanced so you have room for your flowers. Oh Back to the florist review, the flowers are very reasonably priced considering the quality and design you get. Our arrangment had orchids in them. They cut the orchid stems low and put them in an individual plastic water tube and attached this water tube to a rose stem to prop the orchid higher in the arrangement. Then they took the time to cover the water tube with moss to hide the tube. This might not seem like much but it tells me they care enough to make the arrangement look all natural. This arrangment had 12 red roses, 3 red or pink Gerbera Daisies, 3 white and purple orchids, 3 purple cabbage flowers and approximately 6 other types of green plant stems to compliment the arrangement. I ordered a large entryway arrangement, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. When I went in to The Flower Cottage to select the flowers, Jerry was very patient, showed me different options based on what I was requesting and educated me on what flowers would work best for a late August outdoor wedding.
Over the next month, there was a slight mix-up regarding my email address (confirmation of my order was to be provided via email), but Jerry and his team sorted it out efficiently and ensured my delivery would occur on time with the minor adjustments I later requested.
