Just be careful if you are not using there fitters. We had problems with the flooring and they didn't want to know.

Hi Mandy - Im sorry you have experienced a problem with your LOC flooring. The flooring you have purchased from us was not fitted correctly. As a customer you chose for us to supply only. As a flooring retailer we can not be held responsible for a floor that hasnt been fitted by us. The flooring has been inspected by manufacturers and independent people and this floor was fitted incorrectly. The was no fault with the product itself. Having gone through the right channels and also responding to you publicly can resolve any doubts that we as The Floor Barn Ltd have done everything to fully cover a complaint that wasn't our fault. I would advise that who ever fitted the flooring is held accountable.

When we walked into the shop, we were greeted by Sarah who was very welcoming. She helped and guided us to the carpets we were wanting. It was 3.30 on a Saturday and she arranged for us to have someone to come round to measure my living room the same day. When he arrived at 4 to measure he had prepared 3 quotes for the carpets we had picked. We went for the more expensive one New Zealand Wool Twist. Week later and it was fitted and we love it. It was a pleasure visiting the floor barn Sarah and Simon made us feel at home very professional service from start to finish including assistance from willing staff member Blaydon and as for the fitters were on time very clean workmanship couldn't do enough would highly recommend this company excellent

First Class Service.... friendly helpful advice in the showroom... and the fitters arrived as arranged and carried out a thoroughly professional job of fitting our stair and bedroom carpets, as well as new vinyl in two bathrooms. All at a very reasonable price.

Absolutely 100% would recommend this company, they were very friendly and helpful and actually saved me money rather than trying to sell me something more expensive. Came out same day for an estimate and although husband was fully booked up (which shows just how good they are!) they recommended a lovely guy, Mark who has been laying flooring for over 15 years, who did a fantastic job and bless him even mended my wing mirror which some lovely person knocked off and drove off! Would definitely recommend and certainly would use them again. If you don't want these wonderful family businesses to be a thing of the past, use them all loose them, you don't get the customer service in big stores as you do with smaller family run businesses. Started looking around a few flooring places in Barnsley being generally disatisfied with either the service, range or price of the carpets and vinals. But floor barn where exceptional from start to finish.There stores range of carpets and vinals is amazing. You feel completely welcome spending an hour in there choosing and changing everything at your own pace with great advice from start to finish.The fitting is top notch.We had one issue during the whole process which only stands to show there customer focus and genuine care. The wrong vinals where sent from the suplyers and fitted (not floor barns mistake) but they paid for the fitters to come back out within 3 day and correct the issue for us without any charges or stress. Thankyou for being welcoming and giving excellent service would recommend to anyone and everyone 10 out of 10! More...
