It's a GREAT GYM!! Everything was new and clean. Didn't have the "normal gym" smell and I absolutely love the look of it. The Green Zone class was excellent for my fitness level . I didn't get to meet the other trainers, but knowing Sal, I'm 100% sure they are nothing but dedicated to making you a better YOU! Great atmosphere, great people, great challenge, GREAT GYM!!! Good equipment, clean, and I really like the atmosphere of the gym. Owners are always very friendly. I love the Lakewood Nutrition bar in back that I can get amazing meal replacement shakes and teas after my workout. Lastly there is always good music playing. This is the first gym I ever stayed at when forgetting my headphones to work out at still!! More...

Been hitting this new local gym for 2 weeks now and I love it. Feel like a kid again on their custom monkey bars. Open 24/7 is always a plus, there's enough treadmills for your cardio and they have enough equipment to keep you busy and changing things up.

It is a great gym!! It's bright and all the equipment is very nice. I've never used a rowing machine but boy that's a workout! ! The owners are great and always available to help with anything you need. And they have Jamestown nutrition in the back of the gym so you can have a shake on the way out.
