Great social hub for Leatherhead. Fab gym facilities. Soft play for kids under 10. Swimming pool offering lessons. Great little cafe for after activity treats or to get the kids fed after sport. Nice meeting area for oaps too. Highly recommend this gym.

I Bring my grandson to soft play on a regular basis. During the Christmas holidays the soft play was packed and there was not very good control of numbers. Also very apparent was that not all the children were aged 8 and under and when I asked the reception staff how they monitor numbers and age they just said they relied on the parents being honest. I said there was several children in there that were a lot older than 8 and knocking into several young children including my grandson and there was a risk of injury. They said they would speak to the manager but nothing was done no staff member came into the area during the two hours I was there. When I mentioned it again on my way out I got a shrugging of shoulders. Staff not interested.

Reception and coffee shop let it down. Girl who served us in coffee shop got the order wrong and then huffed and puffed when we asked her to fix it. German woman on reception can also be rude depending on the mood she's in. She seems to prefer regulars to new people. Nice facility though and generally clean and well run.

Great pool and the facilities are good, along with staff but if you want to hire a room for a function etc forget it. You cannot contact the function rooms booking team direct. You have to email them.........and they never get back to you. Shame as everything else is pretty good.

I only use the gym. It could do with more equipment and being set out better. There needs to be a area where weight can be done without people walking round you all the time

I want to send a special thank you to John from the maintenance team and his colleagues who helped us start our car when it could not start after our birthday party. Thank you for your kindness and patience. I was very tired from being heavily pregnant and I had to get to work a night shift. Because of your kindness and your willingness to help I was able to get to work on time and administer chemotherapy to a patient on time before the drug expired. Thank you again very much and God bless you all.

Plenty of facilities, including well-stocked gym and swimming pool. However, cleanliness and maintenance in some areas has always been, and still is, a problem. The newly refurbished gym is already showing signs of lack of deep cleaning, with ingrained dirt accruing in areas on equipment such as footplates and around the water fountains. The changing rooms on the first floor are horribly dirty, with hair on the floors, stains on walls and the back of toilet doors which have not been cleaned for many months, the steam room has now been completely out of order for at least two weeks. Also, the reception told me that there is no information available at the Centre about classes. I was referred to the web site as the only place to find this, which was not really helpful as I wanted to book a class when I made the enquiry. I did find a list outside the gym upstairs, but really? Why not have a printed list available to hand out to those who request it?

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. I have been on the phone "first in the queue" for Membership Enquiries for last 54 mins and in the Reception queue for 30 mins (on a different phone) NO RESPONSE. I need talk to them as I have just joined, and paid for 3 month's membership on line but am being asked to pay for each of the classes I try to book. ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH

Gym and pool are good, need to check online time table as the pool is used by schools and exercise groups. Steam room is quite unreliable, not been up to temperature for a few months and is now out of order.

Not a fan. They will love you and push product on you if you fit their demographic. It not, the conversation is over and they are ready to move on. Not my favorite experience with a fitness center.

Value for money in this gym is atrocious. Staff in this gym couldn't care any less if they were being paid to. Perhaps that's what they are being done. Recent refit of the gym has made this place into a more athletic cardio based gym. All the loose weight oriented machines were removed and not replaced. Where once there were a machines now has an empty space. Perhaps this is for skipping in? Bring your own ropes. The stacked weight machines are spongey and soft. Given the cost of monthly membership i would expect more for my money. The men's showers smell like boiled eggs. The changing cubicles are dust ridden and often peppered with pubic hair. There are a lot more modern gyms that offer a lot more for a lot less. I can only assume you don't care about your money or you're spending someone else's money if you put up with this poor gym.

We go to the softplay which is great for babies as well as toddlers...it's a very safe, clean and secure area. One thing to bear in mind is that it operates on timed slots so best to call ahead to book or check availability:)

As always the soft play is poorly / lazily maintained. None of the staff bother to collect the balls at the end of a day or session. As a result the ball pit is almost empty and there are balls all over the rest of the place - a constant trip risk.

There is dust and dirt everywhere - even the odd discarded juice box has managed to find its way into the netted off sections. Also mind out for the padded mats have shifted and the hard floor is exposed!

Lazy management. Have complained numerous times and filled in forms but nothing is ever done.

This place is great but unfortunately the exercise machines are out of commission every time I've been. The squash courts are great but they're always dusty so that needs to be cleaned! The badminton courts are decent too but the hired racquets are always bent out of shape. Buy your own and it'll be better!

I came here because my local diving pool is shut. So I rang to make sure it was open at the advertised time (5-6pm). I was still warming up in the main pool when the lifeguard walked off and shut the diving pool. I asked another lifeguard if it was going to be open again and was told no (while there were three lifeguards on the main pool). It was not even half past yet. I got changed and asked to speak to the manager at reception. A middle age lady with short brown hair said she wasn't on duty but stepped in to ask about the situation. She said they would "look into what happened" and looked at me like you can go now. She didn't even ask my name or any contact details. Clearly not been trained to handle complaints.

My membership was cancelled without my approval. The friendly chap on the desk said that I had come in and cancelled in person,I said that was impossible as on that date I was abroad.I have emailed my concerns to the leisure centre and to fusion and they don't even have the courtesy to acknowledge receipt of them.
It's a shame,99% of the staff here are friendly and helpful it's just the 1% who are incompetent.

Reception staff don't care about new customers looking for information or better, looking to sign up. It was like pulling teeth to get information from a young man (on 15 Oct) for swimming lessons. He asked me to call to book the next day (Sunday) as they were "too busy" (we were the only ones at the front desk!) and there would be "more staff members to help the next day". Called today, was told the system is too slow I should email the teacher first... when I said I already knew the availability she said "can I call you back when my system is back up". I HAD to call back after 15-20 min thinking she'd forgotten about me. Didn't apologize. She told me in a rude tone again she was too busy and had customers to take care of (so I'm not a customer then??) and would call back....she just called me back and she still can't do it, the system doesn't work and because she is new and too busy, no one else can help.......what customer service.....they are lucky we can't sign up anywhere else as we need a saturday morning class near home....wish we could go elsewhere...we might look again for an alternative...

The new team have done a nice job on uplifting the place, but whoever organises the staff should be shot; no-one ever answers the phone. I can't count the number of times we have not gone because we can't get through. It's a shame, other than that, it's a good centre.

My 4 year old grandson approves of the softplay facility. It is quite big and contains a few things not found in other softplay facilities such as a pretend cannon which shoots soft balls at targets. Fun.

Seems expensive though compared to similar facilities.
