Variety of classes and great people

Love the Spin class and simulation. Not like a regular cycling class where you're staring at a mirror. You're watching a simulation of riding in the mountains (or other scenery) while you ride, but it is also instructor led. You see your bike on the screen, which moves at the pace you're riding.. Which makes this studio also visually engaging. She can set you up where you get an email summary on your ride performance, as well as a website where you can see your trends over time. Gretchen (the owner, who also instructs some classes) is awesome, I tease her all the time and tell her she's crazy because she gives you a challenging and fun workout. She's very personable and has great tips for new and experienced riders. There are two bathrooms with showers, and I always have fun! For folks who have kids, she even has a kids room in the back with some toys available. More...

Great place for spinning, they have a virtual ride system, as well as other classes that work core, strength as well as cardio. The owner Gretchen is very flexible, creating classes as people have different needs and adjusting all classes for different levels and abilities. She wants everyone to enjoy getting fit! More...
