What do you love most about your job?
My mission is to empower people to know and express their purpose every day with confidence, authenticity, and courage. To live inside out. I love the road to discovery for myself and to help others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to influence and empower others to find their purpose (their U) to live it every day unapologetically. I see you thru the finish line to jump the hurdles of life with ease. I wanted to inspire change.
Why should our clients choose you?
As a coach, I work with your whole life, your U because you are the core of everything you do. I am uniquely qualified to work with your "finish" line and your U line. It is about moving forward thru your finish line (the doing) and connecting and honoring your U line (your being).

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not many changes as most of my clients are over the phone or zoom. I love group coaching and workshops and will continue those as Covid restrictions are lifted.

Help you become aware of your hurdles and move past them with consistent practice (positive self talk, energy)
Help you explore your purpose with excitement, curiosity and a sense of adventure (values, clarity)
Align your soul's purpose with that of your professional and/or personal life (Your U)
Unlimited emails, voxer or texts if you have any questions or comments in between the sessions (this comes when a package is purchased)
Written summary of each session, next steps and fun exercises emailed to you.
