Let me tell you, this company sure knows how to listen to it's clients and genuinely cares about our experience! The President of the company, Ed, personally reached out to me to ask how things could be resolved and if I had feedback on how the process could have been better. I am a partner in a small company that has been opened less than two years. Since we are not profitable yet, banks aren't open to lending us money. When I first started working with the Finance Company, I was skeptical and suspicious. They wanted a lot of my financial and personal information. I was immediately worried about identify theft. I am glad that I got over that suspicion and worked with them. They were able to get us financing via the credit card route that we wouldn't have been able to do on our own.
