Every song targets an area in your body so you feel your body toning the more you go to her class and I love that she incorporates weights and floor exercises. . Fitness Fury X-perience is amazing. They have an amazing group of people that are dedicated to the mobile gym experience. The instructors that they have are great and extremely helpful . They are dedicated to teh community and have really mad a name for themselves. The company is family owned and they always find time to host all types of events to include all walks of life. They cater to all and every age. In the more recent year my kids had the privilege of have them host gym class for a session or two since the gym teacher was out. They offer a wide range of classes as well as personal training. The location is new to them over the last 2 years and the organization is up and coming. Not sure why the last comment stated its like all the rest when it truly is one of a kind. I would definitely check out their website and sign up for a class today. More...
