I went to two classes yesterday. I am feeling it today, but I have no regrets. I decided it was time to do something. I met Michelle (the owner) through Facebook a few years back. I watched this magnificent woman bring her dream to life. I watched as she taught classes at various locations. I watched as she opened her own gym. She inspired me to begin my own journey to begin exercising to better my health. I have diabetes (type 2). It was time for me to do something. Since Michelle opened the Feel Good Factory right here in Carter Lake, the time for my excuses was done. I had to start sometime. The instructors for the two classes I attended were amazing! I took things slow. They understood. The encouragement they gave while we followed instructions was so helpful. I can't wait to get back and work out! More...

Seriously was amazing. Ashley is the best.

I love The Feel Good Factory because its just that! You feel good going in and coming out! The massages that Michelle gives are just emaculate! She's amazing! Very skillful at what she does plus she has little simple things she does within her massages like her satin hands treatment or hot towels on tired feet to name a couple! Michelle does it all. Group and individual training and Massage. Her compassion is what makes such a difference. She works with people of all fitness levels. I have seen some crazy transformations and just overall increase in wellbeing for several in our community. We live in a small town so this is so valuable to have these services close by.
