Coming to the Factory was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my lifetime. Walked into its corridors with many questions and insecuirities which were answered and completely removed on my first encounter with the awesome Staff. I wonder how often do you walk into a new environment with new people and pour your heart out, your insecuirities, your aspirations and goals... that was me on my first day at the gym. Some how, the Factory just provided me with that homely atmosphere that I felt as though I were back home in Fiji and surrounded with very welcoming people with very kind hearts. You feel apart of a greater family, connected in a common goal and love for what you do; in working towards what you wish to become. As an individual, the Factory has given me tailor made stratergies, diet and training to help me unlock the future and person I wish to be both in fitness and health. But thats as far as individualistic you can go other than that you sweat together, dance laugh and sing, as a family that we are. There's gurantee that you can never be a loner in the Factory gym despite the different backgrounds we come from (I can vouch for that, as the only Fijian in the family ). Results wise, after my 30 days plan I have lost weight, grown alotta muscles and ultimately very happy with myself and how I now look. All in all, there isnt any disappointment I can possibly think of when I look back on my days at the Factory. You sweat so much but come back the very next day wanting more. For me, it was more than a gym, it was my home away for home, my safe haven I could do the stuffs I like with very understanding people that don't have eyes to judge your progress... certainly the best part of my day for the past month .. I highly reccomend this Gym, to anyone thats wanting to look good but also be in for some fun and enjoyment. I created some very cherished memories and friends within the walls of The Factory. I discovered new horizons I didn't know I could reach and found my true potential in something that was out of my comfort zone. All thanks to the awesome duo Louise & Sam . When you're in the Factory, there is simply no regrets. You just push yourself higher and beyond. Blessed to be apart of the family and highly recommend to anyone thats wanting to join ❤ More...
